Village Hotel beds are always comfortable, and the room was of a good size.

I arrived late (10.30 pm), and tired. When I got into my room, I found dirty glasses and a bottle of water (about a third full). I was on a higher floor and had been working.travelling all day. I just wanted to go to bed. Clearly the room had not been properly cleaned. It did make me wonder whether the sheets had been clhanged from the previous occupant. I did raise this on checking out, and the receptionist, in fairness, got straight onto the relevant member of staff. She said that the previous occupant may have gone back into the room after the cleaning was done. That was not satisfactory. Also, there was no flora or other butter substtitute at breaikfast.The male member of staff I asked about flora said he would go and check and never returned to speak to me again, while the female staff member said that they had run out!!

Difficult to find

It was near to the ice rink.The pool was also why we chose it instead of another hotel.

A girl who made us 2 capacinos was not interested at all how she made them & we just got basicaly 2 latte,s Also the steps up to the entrance was a bit dangerous when wet i think they should be covered over with a canopy or somthing more substantial.

The hotel represented very good value with all anticipated amenities on site. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was exactly as anticipated with cooked and non-cooked options - all to a very reasonable standard. The hotel represented good value with the stay on this occasion costing less than many budget options for what would definitely not be classed as a low budget hotel.

Great facilities, free wireless internet, comfortable rooms.

i proposed to my now fiance and the staff were amazing they helped me make all the wee surprises i asked. roses on the dinner table on the fri night , flowers and champagne in the room on the return on sat day. breakfast in bed on the sun. staff were so good and need commended. it makes a change to find such accomadating staff willing to go that little bit more than is expected

going home could have stayed longer

Lovely pool and gym. Room was clean with good facilities.

service in the restaurant was poor-waited over 30 minutes for main course even though it wasn't that busy.Walls are really thin-could hear next doors conversations!
