Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer und Bad sind modern eingericht, eine willkommene Abwechslung vom üblichen 08/15-Stil, sodass man sich wie in einem Luxishotel fühlt.

Im Hotel war alles OK. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Telefonhotline. Weil wir erst abends spät kamen, haben wir dort anrufen wollen, um zu fragen, wie lange die Küche geöffnet ist. Als erstes mussten wir uns bei der Hotline der "Central reservations" anhören: "You can also visit us online on www...." Das nervt, denn wenn ich anrufe, dann, weil ich gerade keinen Internetzugang habe...

Room was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful

Location, didn't realise that it was sited on an industrial park. That Saturday there was a band in the bar which was a little over powering as were some of the guests/locals

We liked the interior the staff where freiendly helpfuland very hard working especially one paticular member who workef the night shift he seemed to b workin all night really hard worker and always had a smile i cant remember his name but he should b recognised for his dedication he also helped us extend our stay on the last day well done to all the team b.zeb

The menu in the restaurant is limited. There needs to be more choice

The whole layout and relaxation plus the bar and live music was very lively friendly and enjoyable.

The hotel is like a village on it's own, has a restaurant a pub Starbucks as well as a pool steam room a sauna and jacuzzi in the fitness suite . The rooms are comfortable with a good sized tv and walk in wet room shower. Breakfast was great full cooked plus cereals toast fruits patries excellent hotel and services.

Wasnt directly in the centre of leeds but we took a bus on a day rider ($3.90) which went straight there passing through Morley on the way.

Pool and bar in the hotel was good.

The bar wasn't very clean. I don't like that the hotel staff dress casual and our bedside tables had quite bad splits in the wood making what was a fair room look bad

Everything was great, great value for money, also decided to stay in a de Vere on our way home from our trip

The location was ideal for my meeting the next morning. The Gym was also very convenient.

The food menu in the restaurant is clearly not to the standard of a 4* hotel. For example, it is hard to avoid chips or potatoes on the menu! The room was good but not worse the £119 you get charged! When opening the bed, I found 2 body hair which is a bit off putting. The quality of the breakfast did not reach my expectations either (poor buffet quality). I have stayed in much better De Vere hotels. I would not stay in this hotel again!

the decor of the hotel is fab, very modern.

the breakfast was shambolic for a 4 star hotel. First we had to wait ages to b seated, we went to the fresh orange dispenser for orange, it was empty, then we went for some milk that was also empty, room for improvement.

Easy check in on and check out in the morning (leaving early at 4am) Bar is handy for food

Took three calls to reception to get the noisy air conditioning unit turned off in my room but once the got that sorted it was fine

Bed was soooooo comfortable! Everywhere lovely and clean.

Bed was comfortable. Walk in shower was very efficient.

It felt like the hotel was penny pinching on toiletries for a 4* hotel. Towels were quite small and thin compared to a previous night in a budget 3* hotel ! No TV remote in the room. Reception staff lacked personality or any warmth. Breakfast was not relaxing - felt hurried with table handed over before we had barely stood up. People were bustling past us throughout meal. Overall just not a relaxing experience.

I really liked the fact that you have full access to the gym and pool facilities. I used the 25m pool and the spa and my partner used the steam and sauna, all of which were excellent, clean and not too busy! The gym had really modern equipment eg the spin bikes and it was a bonus to be able to access the gym classes too. The breakfast was an excellent spread of cooked and continental breakfast which was included in the price. The room was big and comfortable also. The best place I have stayed in the uk!

location. Didnt spend must time in the hotel. Just used it for a base. Visiting family

The staff were brillant!

The room was cold & it didn't warm up, the cleanliness was poor, found blood stains & dirt marks on the bed sheets. There wasn't enough light in the room, I would never book this hotel again.

Asked for something to eat in the bar at 9.25pm but told that everything had been switched off.

Stayed in the luxury double room whilst attending a wedding. My 20 month old loved running freely as the room was decent sized. Also came with Starbucks drinks, upgraded bed and covers which made a great difference
