I loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the reception staff were very very helpful. We were greeted warmly and a good reception area counts fo a lot in first impressions. One small complaint was the lighting in the room, this is for the ladies only, whilst putting your makeup on i could not decided if i was going to look like coco the clown when finished, i found the lighting poor for that reason only. Otherwise it could be deemed romantic. Many thanks. |

A little bit outside the City but a Taxi is only £10.00 and the Hotel being brand new is Very very nice. Sort of City Inn meets Mal Maison.Very well priced and good food and drink menu. Didnt use the leisure facility but looked excellent. Would definetly use again. |

Although modern and in close proximity to the motorway, this hotel offers a reasonable value for money in a style setting. My daughter appreciated the pool. Inside the hotel there is a Starbucks where you can order billing the room. Maybe the rooms could be a little bigger |

The gym and pool were very good the food I'm the resturant was better than your average hotel. The staff were keen to help and friendly The room could have some draws for storage The I stayed in did not have a bath but did have a very good shower |

The hotel was easy to find, modern & had really good facilities the breakfast selection was very good. Although the hotel has only been open for a relatively short time to carpets in the corridors & rooms is very stained & gives an overall unclean impression. |

Nice room & complimentary parking. Sky sports and news on the lcd tv in the room. No iron or hair dryer in our room, was not made aware that they only had non-smoking rooms, which should have been made clear on booking.com As a smoker I had to go down 3 floors just to have a smoke. Would not recommend for a heavy smoker. |

All was great except for the fact our initial room was not a family room as booked on your website but a standard double!!! No room therefore to accomadate our family. We were eventually moved to appropriate room. |
