Staff were extremely helpful in everyway possible. Pool was excelent and the food and service was fantastic.

The price was very good and the rooms were clean and tidy.the hotel also had excellent facilities ie swimming pool etc

As we stayed on a saturday no food deals were on and it cost over £20 for 2 burgers instead of 2 for a tenner mon to fri. The bed was excellent but the pillows were the down filled kind and useless for me,but thats a personal choice

I found the hotel staff friendly and the hotel very accommodating for our needs. The breakfast was very good with fast efficient staff.

We found the meals in the bar although very nice were perhaps a little pricey.

Excellent pool and sauna/steam room. Friendly welcome when I approached the reception desk. Room clean and basic, no frills but adequate for couple of nights stay.

Bathroom bit on the small side, and thin walls. My second night there spoilt by very loud lady in room next door, shouting till 1am. That aside rooms are good value for the money, and you cant legislate for other peoples rude behaviour. Meal in Verve was ok, chicken was overdone and dried out, staff apologised, breakfasts were excellent, and overall good experience. Prices are expensive for meals, I stay in london regularly and prices are on a par with hotel food there.

Room was punching above it's weight the tv was really hard to work and wasn't much diffrent to a primer inn bjut cost more

Very willing and able staff in the bar and restuarant with prompt service. We had a dinner party of 10 with a young child - all were treated well and the menu had something for everyone.

The door to the room had a bad door closer - it caused the door to slam shut!

Service staff in restaurant...Top marks

Prices in restaurant too high for a place like Dukinfield...Lower your prices and attract more customers

family came round had a mealand drink in comfort.

The bathroom had a nasty smell, Despite asking for it to be cleaned, it wasnt done

Hotel and staff lovely but we found our room to be far too hot and stuffy,even with no heating on. There was a wedding party on during our weekend end stay which ofcourse is to be expected at a hotel. But I have to say the noise level coming from below our room was unbelievable. Breakfast was very good as was the service.
