Rooms very spacious, everything was so clean. Pool and gym was super. The breakfast was delicious. Much recommended. Could be a little noisy on corridor with small children running up and down, but this is no fault of the hotel.

Pool and spa were excellent. Spacious clean changing rooms lovely relaxing steam room and sauna and 25m pool loved it! Hotel facilities were very good we have stayed at de vere village hotels before and like the fact there's a starbucks, victory pub and verve grill so lots of choice. Great breakfast too and staff very pleasant and helpful Restaurant very nice fabulous meal but rather pricey. Some of the menu choices also seemed a bit random both in the pub and restaurant although my husband and I enjoyed what we chose. Our room was just across from the stairs so were kept awake with double doors swinging open and people walking about at night.

Stayed in a few Village Hotels and this is the best so far. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size and clean. The food was high quality and plentiful. Bed could have been bigger but nothing to really dislike.

Staff friendly , room was big, bathroom a good size, plenty of parking, free wifi with a good signal. Breakfast was warm not hot, shower not good, I was woken up by music coming from a gym class that was outside opposite my room. Drinks in bar expensive

The hotel is in a good location and it is quiet. The bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was not freshly cooked, which is poor, considering the cost of the stay per night. The cleaning of the rooms, could be better too and the heating goes off with the card key, so that makes the rooms cold to come into.

Have stayed here several times before for both business and pleasure. Always good value for money. Excellent car parking and great facilities. A great overnight stop over (with breakfast thrown in) when attending parties. We live only ten miles away, but it works out cheaper than getting taxis both ways ! Nothing to dislike - especially at these great value prices !

The range of the restaurant menu was very good. Staff were very helpful and extremely courteous. At times the staff were slightly overwhelmed but very apologetic regarding delays.

The atmosphere was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was excellent No fridge in an upgraded room, but a fridge in the standard room, seems odd to lose a facility when you pay more!!

Swimming pool and other fitness facilities. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Free wifi. Bar had cask ale. I am a light sleeper and I dislike low level noise. I could not switch off the extraction system in bathroom. I put in earplugs early AM due to distant traffic noise (fast tyres on tarmac). Maybe quieter on the opposite side?

Leisure facilities Infuriating as a Business Traveller , that you can leave the front reception desk unmanned for so long. At checkout ( 9.40am) 3 of us stood for 10 mins waiting for someone to appear , then I had to seek out staff in order to check out ! Not good enough.check out 23rd Jan 2013 : who was supposed to be on front reception ?
