Not a lot. Too few poorly trainined reception staff. Too few poorly trained restaurant staff. Certainly not worth the price paid. Not recommended at all.

I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and two young grandchildren, aged 6 and 3 years, the hotel was great, food in both the restaurant and pub was good. One person stood out for us... Alison from housekeeping who went out of her way to help us. She even went looking for colouring books and crayons for the childrens entertainment. Absolutely brilliant Again going back to my grandchildren staying... I know this is not really set up for familys, but surely as the hotel is so near the airport and so near various costal areas, maybe a play area outside something for children would be quite nice

On site facilities like Starbucks. Relaxed nature of staff. Late checkout for £20.00 extra. Having an iron & ironing board in room. Not hearing too much traffic or outside noise. Air con worked well. Being provided extra towels. Price vs quality not levelled correctly. Bed was very light & not locked down, so it moved and knocked into side table smashing a glass. Tv quality not quite high spec enough to be enjoyable. Was supposed to have complimentary toiletries but instead we had a hand & shower pump attached to the wall, which felt very sub standard. No toilet seat cover.? £20.00 late checkout fee seemed very high. The pool & sauna closed at 8.30pm, which was very disappointing as I'd have thought a 4star hotel would keep it open for guests 24/7? In my opinion this is a leisure centre first, with a standard hotel attached, instead of being a hotel first with leisure centre to compliment it. I believe the hotels description could do with making this more clear.

Fabulous buffet breakfast, clean modern rooms, possibility to use spa, gym and swimming pool. It would have been perfect if the children were allowed unlimited access to the pool.

Good location and on-site parking to access area, rooms clean and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the sports facilites were a plus point. The only comment was that the bar food was a little expensive for what it turned out to be.

Facilities were fantastic, staff very friendly and room was immaculate! Could not fault! A lovely weekend away with all necessary sites of attraction within close proximity. Staff did their upmost to ensure we had the perfect stay and could not be more thankful. Facilities were top quality, especially those for sporting activity, gym was top of the range! Pool also fantastic with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and spa pool. Breakfast was included in our deal and again could not fault, amount of selection and availability was fantastic. If Anything was needed in particular, all you had to do was ask and it was available! In my honest opinion it is well worth the money and will defiantly be returning in the future. Could not fault the place!

Had a lovely weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was great and very good value for money. Only negative aspect was that the pool had to be closed on the Saturday afternoon for emergency cleaning which I understand was unavoidable but although it reopened at 7pm my daughter was not allowed to swim after this time due to pool rules. My daughter was upset about this as she had picked the hotel for the swimming pool so we had a few tears. Did manage to have a swim on the Sunday morning which was nice but hadn't realised that we would have to vacate the pool by 12 so didn't have very long. Having said that the staff were very apologetic and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

A good variety of facilities. Rooms are very comfortable. The facilities close too early. The hotel was like an abandoned ship at 11.00pm. On a Saturday night! The literature in the rooms stated 12.00 and room service was not running either. Very disappointing. Also, the staff seemed subdued. A bit of a let down as we were only there for one night this time.

We have used this hotel many times as its location is ideal for us visiting family in the area. Would also recommend it as it is has good transport links, is very child-friendly, and the leisure facilities are excellent. Breakfast is also the best ever had in a hotel.

Room very spacious. Fitness classes were great. Breakfast was lovely. Bar was too darkly lit not very warm and inviting. No biscuits in the room. We had no sign on our door asking our room to be cleaned or not and a housekeeper just walked into our room without even knocking whilst my husband and I were in bed!

The room was excellent and the spa /relaxation was really great the food in restaurant was really very bad . we had to return the soup as it was too sweet ,bake potato was cold ,BBQ ribs was too dried and too much oregano.Mussels my husband order were out of date it tasted bad we had to return them. Garlic bread was not in a regular bread instead you used flat bread which taste completely Not nice at all. At the end we had to looked for another type of food in town which we were not familiar to and had near accident just to get something to eat as my husband is Diabetic . I would never recommend any one to eat in your restaurant .
