I like the swimming pool and the free wifi Also the being able to have breakfast reasonably early at the weekend.

The rooms need more thorough cleaning. The edges are dirty and dusty. Also I have never liked the dark grey decor or pictures. The previous decor had more colour and the rooms were lighter.

We have stayed there before and will again , we find it comfy , relaxing and very very homely with no hassle

upgrade to suite was good value . room was fab with all mod cons. bar activities was a good touch and made an enjoyable evening.

had informed hotel that it was my wifes 50th birthday and our 28th wedding anniversary but no acknowledgment at all !! just a friendly note or glass of wine would have gone along way. especially as our son had his wedding at your venue last year funded by bank of mom and dad !! customer satisfaction and customer care should be more of a priority .. I have currently completed a customer excellence training program that highlights that the smallest of things mean a lot .. as a CEM I notice these flaws more than the average person..

Cost of meals but very near to cinema complex with lots of restaurants so there's plenty of choice

I had a room with two beds. But it wasn't two beds. It had one proper bed and one army style bunk. Not comfortable.

The room was over priced the water in the shower was not hot enough The cups in the room were dirty We had to be pulled out of our rooms due to a fire alarm going off This was not worth the money at all

Organisation wasn't great .. couldn't find my booking originally. Had booked for the restaurant but they couldn't find mybooking either. Whilst restaurant staff were very attentive it was bordering on the ridiculous .. was asked at every course if everything was ok. Road noise kept me awake so didn't get much sleep.

Carvery was closed- at5pm sunday eve Room too hot at night Decor very dark throughout hotel giving an oppressive feeling.

bed was very comfortable and the gentleman who was booking us in at the restruant very polite and helpful

went to reception in the morning to collect newspaper and the gentlemen looked on the computer and said it was delivered probably left at the bedroom door someone walked pass and took it. the luxury room was very dusty. Left several messages on the spa treatment and they did ring back eventually one ring missed the call and left a message no one got back to me

Convenient. I knew the hotel and knew what I was booking as it was walking distance to the restaurant we were visitng

The view from our room was of an overflowing skip with rubbish littered about which I was embarrassed about as it was my friend's first visit to the area. Noise from Tesco deliveries around 3am

Staff were very helpful. Excellent location and a beautiful hotel.

The pump was broken in the swimming pool so the water was freezing :(

staff were not helpful at all, we was'nt told where to go for breakfast or how to get to our room, we had booked this hotel due to it having a pool for a leisure, but was not allowed to use due to the pump.

Leisure facilities - great swimming pool and spa / steam room. Very good buffet breakfast.

Bar area needs re-vamping, also food not very good in there. When I asked for a receipt (as we had a tab for our room) I didn't get one, I asked 3 times but still no response - very poor as I couldn't then check my overall cost on leaving. Not very clean in the bar - tables left full of empty pots / glasses etc. Wouldn't eat or drink in there if we returned again.

Good facilities e.g spa/pool, restaurant and pub.

The pull out bed for the children was very uncomfortable. Another double bed in the family rooms would have been better as it would have fit. Also we were in a connecting room so it was very noisy as we could hear the guests very clearly next door (who had a crying baby!)

very poor car park no attempt to grit the car park or the walk way to the hotel my husband slipped twice on the ice hurting his arm and back
