Room was very comfortable , hotel easy access, good location, friendly staff, restaurant food was very good.
reception area was busy and noisey near that costa coffee. Reception and a bit slow to check- in and que up to the entrance doors.
We like village hotels as there is a pub with the hotel instead if a bar
The rooms are looking tired and need refurbishing badly and children in the corridors without adults racing up and down the corridors
great place to stay. Lots of things under one roof.. Swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzis, solarium, Starbucks, restaurant or sport bar with pub grub. The room was comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and a large TV. Great stay thank you
The bed was a little bit to soft for our liking, but everyone likes different things.
loved the swimming pool/jacuzzi & steam room.. bed was the BEST I've ever slept in.
Couldn't get all the TV channels
The room and en suite were lovrly
I booked a twin room but we were allocated a double.
Nice comfortable bed, nice room for price nice breakfast
We was asked at the bar what we wanted and then had to wait 15 mins for our drinks as the man was off doing something else
friendly people, nice swimmingpool, clean good room, very good bed
water in the sauna
Very noisy people in the room next door wall very thin
Staff are pleasant and work hard. They were especially stretched on the morning of Sunday 15th February at breakfast. There were a lot of people wanting breakfast and the staff were amazing, working as fast as they could to make sure tables were free quickly.
Verve Grill (restaurant) staff excellent, Victory (pub) staff excellent and food in both very, very good. Gym excellent, but lacked towels for Hotel Guests on one day, which is a real let down if you want a swim.
"Standard" rooms, which we had, looking very tired, though still generally clean and tidy. Corridors very worn out with black tape holding down carpets. Hotel staff have far less enthusiasm. Seems the lack of maintenance across the hotel drags them down as they have regular complaints.
Everything , nice people , verry god food not very expensive , clean , it was a excellent weekend
Comfortable relaxing stay.
We love the gym the pool and classes the food for brekfast and the victory pub
Leisure facilities on site
Room and corridors and decor all a bit dated and worn out - not worth the money paid.
The room was very nice and very clean
Didn't get free WiFi and very strong smell of chlorine as you walk up stairs to upper levels
Easy access from motorways (M20). We stayed on a D,B&B deal, food choice was limited but good, we enjoyed what we selected.
Bars can be a little noisy in the evenings. Parking, most low level parking slots appeared to be occupied by gym clients, leaving staying guests with suitcases to trundle down the steps.
Good price. Decent restaurant and Starbucks! I'm Canadian!!
It surprises me that they have strippers as entertainment. Perhaps it's just a different culture?
Just good hotel was very happy staff could not do anymore or US
The room was inexpensive and no frills. It was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Good food in the restaurant.
Bed comfy. Food pretty good when hot. Gymnasium awesome! Staff helpful.
Hoovering outside room between 18:00 - 20:00 hrs - why not do that as part of housekeeping 10:00 - 14:00 hrs before guests arrive?? WiFi isn't worth connecting to as the throughput is very slow, quicker to tether your laptop to your phone on 3G!!! Not a selling point at all!
Everything about the hote, the location was accessable by public transport even though it was next to the m20 you would never had known
Pool and gym good Restaurant complaints were acknowledged.
Restaurant: Very haphazard service at dinner. Overpriced generally for the ambience. Business hub had insufficient toilet facilities and were uni-sex (yuk). Strange menu - sandwiches and chips!? Very crowded during breaks Stuffy and overheated
The staff are very polite, Sam the receptionist was superb very helpful indeed! The breakfast variety was top standard could not fault it, or the staff. The bed and pillows were fantastic ,extremely comfortable.
The main restaurant was closed on the day we arrived, we were not informed about the closure until arrival, this was a shame as it was a special birthday celebration and was planned to wine and dine in this restaurant Had to find alternative venue outside the hotel for an evening meal..
Buffet breakfast. Convenient location.
Although the hotel had our booking they had not allocated us a room and we were given a disabled room. Large low sink very awkward. Also low hanging space.
Just about everything.
Couldnt get wi-fi
