Good facilities and location. Tissue dispenser in bathroom was empty. TV channels limited to 6. A bit pricey and no hot chocolate in room. Self service cooked breakfast was stale. |

The hotel was clean and offers gym, pool and two restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, always plenty of food out and the staff were friendly and attentive. |

The food, good beer and very convenient for my purpose I found it quite expensive for one nights stay. I usually pay less than the £89 I had to pay on this occasion. |

Good size room I have a disabled son and all the lifts and chairs were broken along time ago. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Beware when you check in the right price is being charged. Both my sister and I were overcharged for the stay. |

Gym and pool, good restaurant always a pleasure No decent coffee for breakfast - rubbish stewed caffettiere is not coffee and the rather rude breakfast manager refused to use the expresso machine you had in the hotel saying it was only available in the evening. This is sadly typical of uk hotels and having just returned from the usa you would never have this sort of experience where nothing is too much trouble. You have a half decent machine in your Warrington hotel which you should invest in for all of them. Times have changed but many uk hotels haven't caught on and, yes, this could actually make me chose another hotel! |

the booking was wrong when we arrived. we booked a family room through booking.com but on arrival they only had us down for 2 adults. the hotel had to make up another room for the family, luckily they had one spare. terrible cock up by either booking.com or the hotel. the swimming pool closed at 5pm and we arrived at 6 - stupid thing when it is a family hotel. |

As before, very pleasant staff, nothing too much trouble. Not a dislike, - but the size of the pasta dishes in the restaurant could be smaller, although they are delicious |

the staff were welcoming, the leisure facilities were first class and the fact that they had diffrent dining areas and a bar was very good (not over priced drinks and meals as in alot of hotels) |
