If you're feeling a bit more energetic, work up a sweat in the fully equipped fitness studio or sample one of our many classes in the aerobics studio. (Please note children under the age of 16 are allowed on the squash courts only - to use the wet area and gym you must be 16 or over).

At The Loft Pub you will find a great selection of beers, lager and spirits along with a friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy a traditional pub meal in traditional pub surroundings. Also now available the newly refurbished Loft Restaurant offering a la carte menu. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
