Location The entrance foyer was unheated and like an ice box. The breakfast buffet was extremely poor quality and what there was was cold . dirty tables . Needs rectifying !!!

Easy to find, close to the motoroway junction, but not too close. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lunch supplied for the conference event was excellent. Facilities in the room were very good. Steps to the entrance - steep and may cause problems for less mobile guests,

leisure facilities very good food was really good staff in the restaraunt very helpful although the food was very nice we found the food and drinks very very very expensive we thought the pub prices should of been the same as a normal pub but the prices were the same as the restaraunt we stay at hotels quite often and found this one the most expensive food and drink wise .

Good quality, quiet, clean hotel, serving an excellent breakfast. Good Leisure facilities. I liked the direct line to a taxi company. There was no information pack in the room about the hotel facilities, breakfast time etc. It was missed!

Staff are very rude and my meal was cold. The drinks and food are very over priced. 13 of us stayed and we all said we would never visit again!!!!! I disliked the whole hotel!!!

My husband & myself were most impressed with all aspects of the hotel. We had a most enjoyable dinner in the restaurant which was very good value. This was the first time we have stayed in a Village Hotel & we will certainly do so again.

The hotel was very clean and offered good value for money. I have stayed in many hotels but this one provided the nicest breakfast ever.We enjoyed use of the pool and sauna area. Great for a family stay. We attended a wedding reception. The bed was comfortable but my only complaint was there was only 1 pillow each and it was awful.

The room was excellent (although we stayed a few weeks ago and the bed seemed smaller this time?) the staff all over the hotel were amicable and knowledgeable and friendly - it reminded us of the service we get in America when we stay there!
