Excellent facilities and staff good food swimming pool steam room and sauna Top hotel !!!
Nothing to complain about !!!
Plenty going on at the hotel
Once had a bath the water ran into bedroom area and got the carpet all wet
Breakfast was good
Lack of information our room! Wifi and time of breakfast not clear.
I booked this hotel primarily for the location, I'm a 21 year old who wanted to treat my friend for his birthday and I'm glad I chose this hotel! Very welcoming and polite staff, great location, great value for money, very tasty breakfast and excellent facilities!
The only thing I wasn't to pleased about was the time I had to queue for breakfast, there were no tables available for me at around 9:30 am, I would recommend going a little earlier if you want a seat straight away, but other than that brilliant!
The Staff were very professional and helpful, breakfast wàs great, restaraunt was excellent, spa was wonderful we really enjoyed our stay.
The staff were superb. The food was very good. Parking was easy.
The bedroom was incredibly cold
Clean room, comfy bed
Was emailed the booking confirmation confirming the total for my 1 night stay was £69 then being sent an invoice 2 days after my stay for £71.50. What a money making scheme this is for your hotel If you add £2.50 to each booking without making it clear to your guests this will happen.
The room was freezing cold when I entered, the heat wasn't on. When I turned it on, it cut out. The girl at reception said that happens if it's been off. I had to turn it back on at a lower temperature and wait for 20 minutes to get some heat! The room never got warm so I sat with my jacket on for hours and slept with a jumper on. The shower head was broken, the head flew off when I turned on the shower. The TV reception was of very bad quality, no clear image.
The room was nice, the staff were very helpful. Also the pub at the hotel was very nice.
Drinks prices, lights were flickering in the room. Also didn't appreciate a random sock left in my room from the previous guests.
Front end staff, Gym, Pool, starbucks in the hotel, and restaurant.
Cleanliness; staff not attentive to basic stuff. Hotel renovation showing its age; worn out fixtures etc.
I really loved the bed, the facilities were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay!
A stain on the bed, bit gross but we got on with it.
Bed was very comfortable. Good headboard for leaning against to read. Great mirrors for doing your hair in.
Good service Sky sports channels Nice choice for breakfast Self service eat what you like
Hotel has party nights so I believe could be lively at times, leisure facility's are open to all although I we didn't use
Very helpful afternoon/evening receptionist and bar staff.
Cold room, noisy guest two consecutive weeks, morning after complaint at the reception treated very casaul.
Staff were brilliant especially Zoe and Kirsty on reception. Swimming Pool was lovely also, the food and room were also great. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The service was great. The food was really nice.
wifi was a little slow but not a real problem.
it was cold in our room
Pool area and breakfast
Dirty room. Streak marks on the toilet. Staines on the bed duvet cover and sheets. Dirt on surfaces. And no do not disturb signs so was interupted every day 3 times
Stayed for one night with my daughter. Although the hotel was busy our room was quiet. The room was clean, warm and very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, coffee in the room excellent and the bar meal was lovely.
The wifi was not great. The restaurant in the morning was far too hot and made me feel rather queezy. Although the meal in the bar was lovely the soft drinks were very expensive in my opinion at nearly £3 for 16 Oz of lemonade!
The hotel is well placed to make the best of either the shopping or the nigthlife in Warrington. It as been a few year since we lasted at the Village Warrington, and we still enjoyed it.
The night we stay there was a problem with the heating system, and the room was on the cool side, and so was the shower. But all in all a good stay.
Walkable to Warrington, close to train station to get to Liverpool and Manchester. The lady in the bar serving our food Friday night was fab and seem pleased to chat and give us directions. Thanks.
Decor so dark. Everywhere is decorated in dark colours, practical maybe; but we found this oppressive.
The staff are great, really friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable
The rooms are a little dark The temperature in the rooms is a bit inconsistent - it's either boiling or freezing
Good gym Staff were friendly and helpful
The bedroom was freezing Shower was just a trickle Shower had not been cleaned, covered in hair... WIFI never worked Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in this year.
