Liked everything and all staff
The open blinds didnt offer any privacy, had to ask maid to put blinds down cos we had difficutly trying to do it ourselves.Apparently its managements idea to leave them up.
Rooms and spa facilities
WiFi Good breakfast
The lighting was extremely poor
good facilities better than average breakfast discount for dining in
Flat screen TV.
Poor choice on TV channel Thin walls People shouting in corridor outside room all night Small room Not worth the money
Staff were helpful. Tried their best when checking out process was slow. Location pretty good
Small room. Quite expensive overall.
Great hotel staff extremely helpful very hood with kids would definitely stay again
It was I little expensive for the family room
The waitress was kind and clearly embarrassed about the kitchen service.
Travelled with my daughter who couldn't visit the swimming pool at convenient times. In restaurant I had finished my meal before my daughter was served - apparently pizza is from a different kitchen. Lipstick on my serviette - clearly re used! Family room has child bed on the floor. Very dark depressing decor.
Great location, very comfortable bed, shower hot and powerful - just what was required.
Leisure facilities, and always a good standard.
Very helpful friendly staff, food good
GreT facilities unfortunately did not get changed e to use them
I liked the staff always polite and helpful I liked the hotel being within walking distance of town centre

lovely room, good location, great staff
very basic breakfast, air con wasnt working
all staff from reception, bar, restaurant, house keeping &everyone we met are a fantastic team ,which reflected on our great weekend away . thankyou all xxx
Pets allowed and there's a beautiful nearby garden with a pond in it. Starbucks just beside the entrance for a convenient quick bite in the morning.
Bathroom was mouldy. Pillows were very flat. Walls are thin so even when you have your TV on a low volume you still get a complaint from the neighbour (never happened to us before). Had to mention to hotel staff and housekeepers 3 times that we phoned the reception for late check out and extended it for £20. First the housekeeper knocked, then reception called, after the reception called again to remind us it was time to leave. Costly place for a small room with barely any facilities.
Staff were really helpful and friendly. Food at the grill and bar was amazing. Room was nice, comfortable and clean.
Didnt have a docking station, and after asking 3 times throughout my one night stay, was finally told when leaving, that they didnt have a spare. Also breakfast was not that nice, I refused to eat the cooked english as not very tasty.
Stayed at the hotel for my brother's wedding. From checking in, they couldn't have been more helpful - putting our corsages in a fridge, arranging to put a gift in hyena bride and groom's room. Rooms were comfortable We used the leisure facilities briefly and seemed good though busy.
Breakfast time was very busy, which they accommodate by having an ante-room with tea and coffee, fully explained at check-in. Simply adjust your timings if you're in a rush. Good selection of food and drink options.
Rooms were nice and spacious. Bed was excellent and room was well cleaned.
Early check-in was arranged via booking.com when I arrived they claimed its not guaranteed. What's the point of arranging in advance? Renovation at the time for the Gym Facilities
Leisure club, food at the bar was great, (chicken flat bread), nice breakfast, Friendly staff. Thanks!.....
Could have been a wee bit cheaper making it the clear choice to stay monthly...(business)
Availability of pool
Too hot, windows hardly opened Blinds once lifted couldn't be dropped Cafe sandwich awful Room very dark, light above bed very hot.

Excellent Breakfast Very comfortable bed Good Gym Helpful staff Lots of National Trust Properties nearby convenient to Liverpool Good Restaurants in vacinity
WiFi poor in our room
The food and the staff was very good and the early bird menu excellent value for money
The bedroom finish is looking a little tired and certain areas were not cleaned vey well, corners especially, not what I would expect from a village hotel.
