Our party of 4 stayed in rooms 114 & 115, There was a constant loud noise immediately outside the window from units mounted on the roof below the window. Myself and my wife like to sleep with the window open but this was impossible. We only found out about the noise after we returned at midnight and therefore thought it unreasonable to ask to move to other rooms.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The room and furniture were a bit dated and there were some stains on the wall behind the bathroom door.

We liked the friendly receptionist who greeted us and sorted out our rooms early. She then made sure our taxi had arrived when we went out for the day. Room decor tired but OK for 1 night Lunch sandwich in pub very slow to arrive and very disappointing Tea cups chipped, tea pot dirty and stained- indifferent service Breakfast reception was brusque to the point of rudeness, all staff seemed abrupt and stressed. Dont like plastic tablecloths!!! We are members of the village Cheadle and were a little disappointed with our stay.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I think that some facilities needs a bit of upgrading and re painting (spa dressing rooms, bathrooms, carpet in the reception). The food in the pub could be better and Bocca di Peppo could be open during the lunch hour.

I enjoyed our stay very much we where going to a wedding around the corner value very good only comment plates should of been warmed for breakfast as the breakfast goes cold before eating. Also would of been better if hot water in urns to help yourself this way it always hot

4 of us came to the hotel as we were going to ladies day, hotel was clean & modern rooms, food was great- especially the breakfast! Italian restaurant was not bad either. The iPod docking station was a nice touch. Starbucks in the hotel is also great with a hangover!! Nothing bad to comment on

The Gym & Pool facilities are excellent I have stayed in two different rooms on different trips both smelt a little of cigarette smoke. The rooms need a revamp as they are starting to look tired. However, they were clean.

The customer service was outstanding and the food in the restaurants was amazing. The room was nice and spacious with a very comfy bed The water wasn't hot enough for a bath and the rooms were very warm.

Friendly staff, airy rooms plenty of parking. Main restaurant themed and to be honest quite naff!! Also wait for breakfast table was too long, however that was due to staff shortages and a very busy period. All in all an average stay at an average hotel. Too busy at breakfast therefore had to wait quite a while. Themed restaurant is tacky and horrible. Bar tables not cleared.

Staff were really helpful, polite and cheerful, facilities great, especially considering the price was good. Room was bright and clean, The margarita from the restaurant/bar was made from a syrup mix and not very nice! Everything else great.

Room and breakfast were good. Only one toilet on ground floor for guests attending function on basement level. The prices you charge for the alcohol was very extortionate. Could not recomend holding any more functions at this hotel.
