Not enough facilities. Could have done with a jacuzzi, a nicer pool area, more beauty facilities and treatments etc. Would have been good to have a pool table or some sort of entertainment in the bars because being so far away from the town you couldnt drink in town without getting a cab back and you couldnt drink in the hotel because it was boring. |

All staff we came into contact with were extremely courteous, helpful and professional. We had been relocated to this hotel due to our original choice being over-booked. I was promised a luxury room and complimentary bottle of wine for our trouble and it was good to see that this was carried out. The only complaint we had was that when the breakfast was delivered to our room, the croissants were inedible. They were rock-hard and clearly not in keeping with the service we had received up to this point. We were promptly served replacements after we rang reception, but these were barely any better. |

The welcome was very good. Very nice surrounding area. The bedroom was very nice and clean, with good information. Staff vey helpful. Overall the hotel was very nice and i would stay again. We were a bit disapointed as there was a set dinner menu and we were not given a choice. Also heating in the bedroom would have been nice, as when we returned to our room after dinner the room was freezing. We were given electric heaters but as it was valentines day having to sit in bed with bath robes on is not what we romantic. |

Nice house from the outside. Big telly. Different atmosphere during the breakfasts according to personnel. Second breakfast was fine with different personnel being welcoming towards young customers and personnel not being stingy with Tea. First breakfast was sadly the opposite. Swimming and sportssection old and not charming. Loud Disco and shouting the whole night. |

Das sehr beeindruckende Gebäude Leider kann man kaum schlafen, da es insgesamt sehr laut ist. Sowohl die Fenster nach aussen sind extrem Lärmdurchlässig, als auch innerhalb des Gebäudes hört man in alle Richtungen die anderen Hotelgäste. Auch ist das Hotel im Inneren total ungünstig aufgeteilt und verbaut, so dass man zu seinem Zimmer, selbst wenn es auf der gleichen Etage liegt, endlose Treppen und Gänge hoch und runter laufen. |
