From our arrival to departure we were treated as though we were the only guests in the hotel...nothing was any trouble for the staff, it may only be a three star hotel but to my mind it should be a 5 star. The room was clean, well thought out and more than comfortable.

A very nice room with good facilities.

The porter was a little direct when I went to see where the breakfast area was. 'where are you going' loudly.

Comfort in the room, friendly staff and the hotel isn't too big.

The shower wasn't too great, the water sprayed too wide and I couldn't twist the shower head to change it. The hairdryer wasn't very powerful so took so long to dry my hair! (Room 25)

Very friendly and caring staff and owners. It is very clean with large rooms and our stay was very enjoyable. We would recommend it and will definitely stay there again ourselves.

Staff very friendly. Room spacious with a comfortable bed. Even though facing the road, the noise was very low.

Convenient after a long haul flight when tired & with a long drive ahead. Also, 24 hour reception which was very useful.

Breakfast was a below par. The waiters were inattentive & the food selection poor. The sausages, however, were very good & I'm very fussy about sausages.

Nothing everything was great

It was clean, the bathroom was very nice the room was really large, although the bed could have been Queen and the decoration a bit updated. It was wonderfully quiet and the staff were really great, we will definately book again.

Very nice room, a suite with lots of lovely facilities, very clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. A lovely break.

We stayed in an executive room which was a mini suite with a little kitchen and sitting area. The suite was immaculately clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable indeed. The hotel is close to the town centre and local bars. We only stayed one night but would defititely stay again.

The bar is quite limited in choice of beers.

Big room and excellent bathroom, all very clean.

However, breakfast could be better. WiFi free only for first hours, 6 pounds for 24 hrs after.

The cleanest room with excellent facilities, the staff always interested and helped with directions, walk information, rail information and always with a smile. The location was superb, within five minutes of the town centre and 10 minutes walk to the station. Most other hotels are by the river Thames but that is over 20 minutes walk from all the restaurants and facilities. A 15 minute drive to Henley On Thames and good links by train to both London and Henley Regatta and Festival.

Food available Monday to Thursday evening but not at weekends.

We were welcomed on arrival, given 1st class treatment. Room 1st class wanted for nothing. No Sky. Takea hairdryer is you need more power one in bathroom ok but not easy to use. Given recommendations as to where to eat, none in walking distance so either drive or taxi.But standards of cleaning 5 star. Friendly good breakfast. Staff 5 star. If located nearer decent town would be even better
