We liked our room and loved the surroundings. We also liked the fact the hotel is in between Warwick and Stratford. We thought the meal in the restaurant was very expensive for what it was. Also, the drinks in the restaurant were more expensive than they were in the bar! |

We liked where it was situated and enjoyed the ambience of the place, and the surrounding countryside. Nothing that we didn't like except we were a little surprised that there was only one bar in the hotel. However it didn't spoil our stay at all as it was only overnight. |

Pleasant location on the edge of the Forest of Arden. Modern design hotel with all necessary facilities. No posted indication of breakfast prices; and apparently no option for Continental breakfast only, which is what we would have preferred instead of paying £13 each for the complete meal. A teapot was supplied with barely lukewarm water in it. Why not display breakfast prices and options? |

Good leisure facilities with pool, gym spa etc. Nice rural, countryside surroundings. Bar area did not have much atmosphere. |

The good cheap accomodation with all the facilities of the more luxurious hotel alongside.Hotel grounds gave a real feeling of being away from it all as well as providing the opportunity of walking in pleasant countryside |

Housekeeping and quality of service alongwith cleanliness, good natural view with lush green lawns. Being Muslim, i would add that Muslim food should also be available in the resturant. It can be cooked or arranged from the nearby Leamington Spa to make our stay more comfortable.Pick and drop transport service from Hotel to nearby places like Stradford Upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick castle etc should be provided to accomodate foreigners so that they could easily move towards these places of interest and tourism. |

The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms was brilliant, and the staff were very helpfull. The spa and leisure staff were brilliant, and in particular the young lady called Louise who works as a beautician was excellent and her attention to delay was amazing, she is a real ambassador for your hotel, please thank her again for me. The breakfast was ok, but unfortunately ran out of bread on one occasion and also the eggs were awful!! |

Very nice setting. Beautiful grounds. Didn't realise that there was a premium hotel also on site whose sitting areas etc could also be used. I used the leisure pool for a swim. Changing facilities (temporary) were very poor - originals being updated. The pool was fine. |

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We had a room with a very small window which would not open so there was no fresh air. The set meal choice was poor and not good value for money. |

We arrived late evening used the Gym and Pool and walked around the lovely grounds on the Saturday morning The receptionist on duty was not a very good advert for a 4 star hotel she was not very welcoming and as she came from behind the desk it was obvious her shoe had been rubbing the heel and a tissue fell on the floor also next morning after waiting 20 mins at the Breakfst table we decided to go and find the meal we had eaten before anyone attended to us I would recommend this hotel but would mention the couple of problems |

We came on a bargain break tagged onto the end of our holiday in the Cotswolds. The hotel is in a tranquil part of the countryside, but within easy access of Stratford-on-Avon which was great for us! Great hotel, lovely accommodation, good breakfast.Would like to stay there again. Breakfast was good, but on the first morning they ran-out of items also plates of which we were handed one each? Next morning was better and I was even offered a poached egg which was superbly cooked. Dinner on the first night was inclusive. I thought expensive (if we'd paid for it) for what we had, lacking in veggies with too much meat. |
