The staff were friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and there was a good choice for the Continental breakfast.
The staff were extremely friendly, lovely location on the edge of the beautiful Park Estate
Individual character of all the rooms. Superior room in bay windows at front a worthwhile upgrade. Nice breakfast.
Would have been nice to include cooked breakfast as standard, although the continental breakfast was excellent
Comfortable well decorated room Brilliant location for the city centre Very quiet at night - despite being near the main Derby Road Very welcoming and helpful staff Fabulous breakfast Beautifuldecor Excellent value Parking!!
No hot chocolate in the room drinks stand!
Very welcoming staff, lovely clean room, bed was extremely comfy, only a 20 minute walk to city centre, and the breakfast was awesome.
We were in town for a friends wedding but needed an early start the next morning before breakfast. All was arranged without fuss. The room was spotless and we appointed. We sampled some single malt after the wedding and the bar was also very pleasant! I would recommend without hesitation.
Parking is tight, so arrive early! :-)
The room was great
Wi-Fi speed was very poor.
Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was limited but very nice.
Wifi didn't work. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and their solution was a towel. Not as clean as I like.
Very comfortable hotel in the centre of the city. Small room, but luxuriously fitted out.
Convenience for central Nottingham (including free parking); really helpful and pleasant staff; grand furnishings in public rooms; excellent breakfast.
Our particular room was over the dining room and noise from the "piped" music was quite penetrating (particularly at 7 am on Bank Holiday Monday!).
The facilities were fine, as were the staff who were very keen to help, breakfast excellent !!!
The rooms very small and compact....rather expensive for what it offered.
Amazingly comfortable beds!
Polite helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast choice. Great location.
Being woken by your workmen at 7.30 grinding below our bedroom window followed by the fire alarm going off at 7.45.
Sorry didn't catch her name but the young lady on reception, couldn't do enough for us, both on arrival and when checking out, always smiling and happy
No locks on the windows
No Air Con. Very small room with bath size for a child Terrible Car Park. Very poor staff member on duty at late check in.

Lovely atmosphere, nice terrace and lounge areas.
The room was a bit small, and the maintenance is not great.

Room was dark And bathroom v small so not good value for money considering the price.
Staff very helpful. Was given an extra room free of charge as sofa bed in King size deluxe not made up.
Building work that we were not informed about.
All staff were very welcoming. The receptionist in particular was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and everything with a smile!
The hill walking back from the town centre was a bit steep...although it was the hottest day of the year!
1. The service and attention 2. The outdoor and indoor lounges
1. Small room with little space to move around 2. Small car park which is difficult to maneuver car
The staff was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. The room we were given was very nice if a bit outdated. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good.
Comfortable beds Nicely furnished Quiet location Very nice breakfast and nice eating area overlooking the patio. Nice breeze with patio doors open! Very friendly staff A far nicer hotel than the chains in the city centre, and better value
