Breakfast was Ok The rooms were dowdy and basic. My friend couldn't open the windows. The Non-smoking room smelt of smoke. The lights by the Beds did not work. The bedding was old and uncomfortable. Never ever stay here.

I have never stayed in a dirty hotel like Quality Inn in Dudley. The chairs so filth, rooms smelly, towels so old. Quality of tissues so poor. The rating is less than a star. Only the staff was friendly. Had paid for breakfast but could not eat. The hotel very dirt actually not fit to be run as a hotel. Serious health issues

Hotel could have done with some updating, however the rooms were clean and welcoming. Staff was all friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the food and stafff were amazing. Would definately recommending eatting there. Nothing major - but no card machine was availble at the bar area.

The fire exit was blocked with linen and a carpet cleaner, the linen was removed after this being highlighted to staff, but the carpet cleaned was not. The meal was very poor quality as was the breakfast. My steak was ordered medium rare, which came well done. The waiter admitted that he did not know what the difference was, but did change it. In the room the T.V. was tempremental, poor connection with the aerial, and the room was dusty, with dirt on the chair, the shower over the bath was poor, with a stained shower head and staining to the silicone arround the bath.

I had a great stay staff where polite friendl and helpful the room was clean and comfortable the food was very good hot and tasty My only criticm was the windows could have double glazed there was quite a bit of traffic noise and I asked for an early morning call which I didn't receive as there was no phone in the room otherwise is was fine and I would defiantly use it again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, Had evening meal too which was lovely. Only complaint was that we stayed in room 101 and the door out side our room needed oiled as the door made a noise ever time it opened. Was a bit annoying as we were in bed early. For an early rise in the morning.

I came to Dudley for a fencing competition and I walk to the venue from the hotel. The room was nice and there was plenty of food for breakfast which is important when I compete, good value for money. There was no information in the room saying about times for breakfast, when I arrived on Saturday I asked about the time for Sunday and assumed it was the same for Monday which it wasn'T. I had to catch a train on Monday so times were important.

I will never stay at this hotel again the room was filthy with empty pizza box, very dusty everywhere in the room, bed was not comfortable at all. My pregnant wife had to go up all the stairs to get to our room which was on the last floor no lifts at all on the Hotel, however we were later moved to a ground floor room. I will never ever stay at this hotel or recomend it to anyone at all. This is the worst place l have ever stayed in my life.
