Quality Hotel Dudley  

I have never stayed in a dirty hotel like Quality Inn in Dudley. The chairs so filth, rooms smelly, towels so old. Quality of tissues so poor. The rating is less than a star. Only the staff was friendly. Had paid for breakfast but could not eat.

The hotel very dirt actually not fit to be run as a hotel. Serious health issues

Service attitude lazy wrong information given breakfast times should be notice up times for weekdays n weekends for breakfast no help in reception for luggage ...chefs leaving just be4 9am guest just coming for breakfast...should finish at ten to allow for disabled old people n families,,,,..rooms not cleaned properly ,,..also broken items in roomlots room for improvemnt..at the moment I wouldnt recommend to other travellers after improvements then yes

Ease of access to town and country and motorway. Ample parking. Friendly staff

Bathroom decor looks a bit 'tired' and out-dated

Easy to get to,clean, friendly staff.

We really enjoyed the food it was good value for the money and the bar was open till late

when going to make a drink in the morning there was only one tea bag also the room wasnt that big and the curtains in the roomdidnt fit the windows so they couldnt be shut

Bed was comfortable though didn't sleep well - never do away from home. Breakfast was satisfactory. Parking was good - It was Friday however so the place was not full.

Nothing comes to mind.

I will never stay at this hotel again the room was filthy with empty pizza box, very dusty everywhere in the room, bed was not comfortable at all. My pregnant wife had to go up all the stairs to get to our room which was on the last floor no lifts at all on the Hotel, however we were later moved to a ground floor room. I will never ever stay at this hotel or recomend it to anyone at all. This is the worst place l have ever stayed in my life.

It was easy to get to, close to shops and restaurants, lots of free parking and good Wifi connection in rooms. Very comfy beds.

Room 105 8 inch gap on one side of the curtains where the curtain track had been screwed to the wall. We had to use something heavy to hold the curtain against the wall as people could see in/light in the early morning. Be careful that the door is FULLY shut when you go to bed. This might seem obvious, but it really was shut I thought - you must push really hard against it until you hear a click - as a man walked into my room drunk at 3am because I didn't know this (who would!) Hope for quiet neighbours as the walls are thin and we had to listen to a conversation on our second night peppered with F words and raucous laughter for hours which I didnt really like.

The location was good and it was fairly quiet.
