Friendly staff, good location, small but very clean and comfy room.
Central location, clean room and bathroom, simple room but everything worked, great price for central London, check in and out was easy. I wondered if noise would be a problem, but I wasn't aware of any noise.
If you want a luxury hotel this is not it. The room was very small.
The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and the rooms are small but pleasant enough. It's a little noisy but not terrible.
The shower had a *lot* of black mold. I get its hard to ventilate these spaces but ours had a wall to the outside. The wifi seems symbolic and the BBC didnt work on the TV.
Location is the only good things.
The attitude of the front staff in the night guy was terribly bad, around am 3:30 morning, he started loudmouth talk with other girl guests, everynight,in front of the hotel.I claimed him "be quiete"and other gusts also yelled at him but he didn't quit that next midnight. His abrasive voice kept us awake. Besides,Wifi was not working 5 days while I was staying. I should stay other hotel for my sleep and health. There are many hotels in this area. Price was unconvinced for aforementioned reason.
Clean room and bathroom, nice linens, comfy bed and good shower Quiet location considering it's so close to the Euston Road Price for an en suite room in central London is really good. Windows actually open so can get some fresh air 24 hour access Best for one night stays
Room was on 3rd floor with no lift Small towels for shower No breakfast - but plenty of cafes nearby. Rooms are very compact, the bathroom is the width of the shower tray - might not suit a larger person, but fine for me.
Location Price Staff Cleanliness Shower
A bit small but adequate for a one night stopover for a job interview.
Chose this hotel for its location as it is really close to Kings Cross. Good pub just round the corner too.
Twin room - very small but knew this before I booked so fine for a short stay.
Very convenient location right next to kings cross & st, pancras.
No breakfast served
budget hotel near kings cross
lots of small stairs to room
Excellent location, comfortable bed, new shower.
cleanliness of room and tv and plenty of tea and coffee.
when I checked in with my crutch and pulling a trolley no offer made to get assistance. I read later I could have had. on checking out asked for comment book told in no uncertain terms by (I think Polish) man computers are way to go. I told him lots of people still around that do not or cannot use them. conversation re payment he went on about everything is money. I said no it isn't. he said what can you do without it. I said go for a walk. he said who wants to walk round looking at things. I told him I was the customer and to stop talking to me like that but he kept on. I was very pleased with room but this incident rather put me off. his wife just stood staring. I did write a comment on a piece of paper to say the radiator was dangerous because it was so hot and had to have window open all night and burnt my leg on it when touched. doubt if you ever got it!
Great location Very comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff.
Dropping off the key when you leave is fine - but not checking ID or confirming that I am actually staying in the room I asked for seems like a security/theft risk.
Great location and stuff
Location to the kings cross station
Room was tiny- twin room and only big enough for one person - beds were so small if you rolled over in the bed you would fall out. Bathroom really small. The walls in the bedroom were so thin that for the nights we stayed there I could hear someone snoring the whole night through, they might aswell of been in the bed beside me!!! and also the noise from the fan of the toilet. Old style windows so you could actually hear people chatting outside.
A perfect choice close to King's Cross St. Pancras int. station, only 5 minutes by feet. No doubt for my next trip to London.
Location, comfort, price. Most hotels in London are either extremely expensive or total dumps. While the building was old the room and facilities have been overhauled recently making it not a bad value.
Narrow halls and stairs are hard to handle a suitcase in.
Close to tram Close to restaurants Good price for hotel in london Quiet enough for centered location
Very small room good to sleep and that's all for a night
Convenient position, not too expensive.
Rooms a bit small.
I liked the location very much is. It is near the public transportation and the airport.
The room, although basic, was very clean and comfortable. The towels were exchanged daily and the complimentary tea, coffee and milk in sufficient quantities for ouv two nights. Location-wise the Wardonia was perfect!
Nothing - to be very honest.
We stayed at this hotel just for one night and it definitely did the job! Staff was ok, room was small but confortable and clean, definitely in a excellent location, the shower was good as well
I would tell the staff to smile a little bit more and I wish the luggage room was properly closed and secured.
There was a problem with the TV and the staff sent for the manager straightaway so this was sorted. Also there was a smell in the bathroom from the drain, but once we mentioned this, the problem was sorted quickly.
The room was a bit small but it was comfortable and fine for what we wanted. The location was excellent for St. Pancras.
