The staff was very professional and helpful. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean, and it was all we needed for our city trip.

Very clean rooms, excellent central location yet extremely quiet (no noise from other guests or traffic from road), small rooms but brilliantly laid out to make the most of the space. Friendly staff. Not much in the way of additional facilities, but larger hotels with bars, gyms, etc, charge more and are generally a lot less peaceful.

I can imagine a 6ft rugby player would find it difficult getting in and out of the shower, and probably not ideal for the less mobile as I'm not sure there was a lift - but I thought it was well designed, clean and perfect for a short business stay.

It served its purpose very well. I wanted to drop in, shower, sleep and go. It was ideal.

Internet connection broke down and didn t work for two days, nodody of the staff take care of this problem

We knew what to expect - small rooms, central location of London, two minutes from Kings Cross/St Pancras - basically a place to sleep. It was perfect for two friends travelling on a budget, very clean, friendly staff, quiet at night.

Wi-fi did not work for three-four days (we stayed for six), which was unfortunate, but not much to be done about it during a weekend I guess.

Single rooms are very small. Not much space to store luggage/clothes.

We have stayed three times now and the room we had last time on the 7th May no:105 was wellbelow the usual standard we have had before. There was a sky light in this very small room the curtain at the window could not be pulled back, because you looked right into somebody elses room (suggest a next garden would look better). Hanging space for you clothes would not even take the length of a regular skirt. When you have cases there is no room to open them! To top it the coat hook behind the door fell down _nowhere to hang the coats now!! We had an increase on £10 on our usual rate

The location was great - perfect for early Eurostar train in the morning.

The room was small but I knew that in advance so it wasn't a surprise and I expected it.

Convenient for st pancras station. Stayed only one night, but handy if just passing through London. Staff friendly, bedroom clean and comfortable for one night stay. If necessary, would choose this hotel again.

Stairs are a problem if carrying luggage and you're not as fit as you used to be.

Really liked the cosy room, the shower facilities, the staff were polite and the bed comfy. Nice view too.

Very near to st pancras/king cross stations (6 undergound lines combinations). Every room has a water boiler with coffe, tea and sugar (helps a lot to save money). The neighorgood is very nice and has cheap minimarkets. A lot places to eat for less

We arrive on a thursday and we didnt have internet acces until we left the next wednesday, because of a router failure (according to receptionist). The only solution was an hotel's ipad on the mainfloor that "miracolously" has internet. On sunday we cross some new passengers and the receptionist told them the internet problem started that day (5 days after we have the problem). The room was extremely small (we had to keep our clothes inside the bag)

The staff were friendly and obliging. Their system of keeping the room keys while you were out was excellent[24hours]. Room was cleaned every day and everything was clean. always hot water and good pressure for a shower.

Small passage way and steep narrow stairs a bit of a nuisance but as a budget hotel it was very good.

Very friendly, helpful staff and super-efficient check-in/out. Superb location - extremely close to train/tube, but on a quiet, residential street. Clean, reasonably comfortable and surprisingly good shower. Excellent value for money overall.

This goes hand in hand with the low price, of course, but the rooms and public areas are very small and cramped and there is no lift, so the Wardonia is only really suitable for a short or overnight stay.
