Room was a little cool , extra blanket would have been nice
nice room and toilet area.very clean, breakfast excellent service very good, what more would anyone want, good 5night stay! thank you
The room was lovely . Very large and clean. Great views of the river from the dining room. Lovely four poster bed and a very large luxury shower. Friendly staff.
It was a bit dusty because it was in the middle of construction. Getting there was confusing especially when it was dark and raining. We needed better directions.
Incredible beautiful location, stunning huge rooms - hard to top
I did like the house and what you got for the money, breakfast was also good.also good area and staff..
the only thing is and i dont know if it is because of the building work going on but in the room we had i could write my name on the bedside tables and alarm clock from the dust..
the breakfast ! the location
Too many things !!! Room was not clean , nail clippings around window and floor. The room was not finished - electric wires coming out of the walls and ceiling( health and safety issues) , poor finishing things falling off the walls in the bathroom with the slightest touch , room smelling of mould . i did e mail the owners but received no reply . really overpriced for what you get .....disgraceful really
Great location, room was very comfortable, staff friendly, what more could you want?
Delightful location and facilities, within easy reach of Plymouth; a haven of comfort and relaxation.
Lovely place and location.
The Warleigh House website says dogs are allowed. The manager, Charlie, rang when I was half way there to say there was a no dogs policy. This resulted in a really difficult stay, and my leaving early.
Staff, room, comfort, hospitality, ambience, excellent food! Wonderful gardens, Peacocks amusing!! Nothing was too much trouble. Everything really!!
Little off the beaten track
lovely restoration of the building. in time a good potential plce.
the room that we bookt was't finish we where the first guests . room over our head' noisy and cracking. brakefast poor.
Excellent situation & grounds Large rooms & extra king size beds Breakfast cooked to order, good choices & well presented in breakfast room overlooking beautiful gardens & estuary
No dinning facilities or bar available
Warleigh house is closing at the end of august.
Everything. Location us superb. Very friendly
Had to leave!
Good room sizes, comfortable bed.
Limited wifi access. Premises closing and under renovation for new owners.
Setting, ambiance, tudor buildings, proximity to river Tavy, peacocks roaming freely in garden. A very tranquil place to stay.
Plies of kitchen waste, tin cans, bottles etc., bursting out of black bags right below the ground floor window of our otherwise excellent room overlooking the river. They had been there for many days - even weeks! Now that Warleigh house has been sold to become a private residence I suspect that the B&B business is on the slide........................
Everything here is lovely. The accommodation, the breakfast, the staff and the location.
Lovely setting. Beautiful building. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Nice staff.
Our room was a bit dark and not quite finished with the light fittings. There are now 5 guest rooms not 3, so I didn't get the room I thought I would get. It's a bit hard to find, even with a map!
There was nothing to dislike! This was a gem of a find in a beautiful location!
The setting was very beautiful, and the breakfast was very good. The room was nice and spacious.
The house was still being renovated, while we were there, and the location was quite a ways from Plymouth. Furthermore, although Steve could not have been nicer and more helpful, his partner was anything but.
Location was great. Room was very nice and the staff was there to greet you on arrival and told you all you needed to know about the facilities.
We were unaware that this is a work in progress house and was a little disappointment of the outside, as nothing like the picture, but we were told they are working on the outside next and I am sure it will look as great as the inside. Also it would be have been good to have put all their rubbish away from the window at the back in a container while work is going on as it spolit the view.
Simply the best
The location is incredibile! The staff was lovely, breakfast was really nice and the room was just superb. It was just perfect! (great DVD collection too!)
The beautiful big rooms with plenty of places to si and relax. Also the wonderful position of the house right next to the river. Loved looking around the old garden and imagining what it once was.
