The room was lovely . Very large and clean. Great views of the river from the dining room. Lovely four poster bed and a very large luxury shower. Friendly staff.

It was a bit dusty because it was in the middle of construction. Getting there was confusing especially when it was dark and raining. We needed better directions.

    the breakfast ! the location

Too many things !!! Room was not clean , nail clippings around window and floor. The room was not finished - electric wires coming out of the walls and ceiling( health and safety issues) , poor finishing things falling off the walls in the bathroom with the slightest touch , room smelling of mould . i did e mail the owners but received no reply . really overpriced for what you get .....disgraceful really

    Lovely place and location.

The Warleigh House website says dogs are allowed. The manager, Charlie, rang when I was half way there to say there was a no dogs policy. This resulted in a really difficult stay, and my leaving early.

Setting, ambiance, tudor buildings, proximity to river Tavy, peacocks roaming freely in garden. A very tranquil place to stay.

Plies of kitchen waste, tin cans, bottles etc., bursting out of black bags right below the ground floor window of our otherwise excellent room overlooking the river. They had been there for many days - even weeks! Now that Warleigh house has been sold to become a private residence I suspect that the B&B business is on the slide........................

Lovely setting. Beautiful building. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Nice staff.

Our room was a bit dark and not quite finished with the light fittings. There are now 5 guest rooms not 3, so I didn't get the room I thought I would get. It's a bit hard to find, even with a map!

The setting was very beautiful, and the breakfast was very good. The room was nice and spacious.

The house was still being renovated, while we were there, and the location was quite a ways from Plymouth. Furthermore, although Steve could not have been nicer and more helpful, his partner was anything but.

Location was great. Room was very nice and the staff was there to greet you on arrival and told you all you needed to know about the facilities.

We were unaware that this is a work in progress house and was a little disappointment of the outside, as nothing like the picture, but we were told they are working on the outside next and I am sure it will look as great as the inside. Also it would be have been good to have put all their rubbish away from the window at the back in a container while work is going on as it spolit the view.

The beautiful big rooms with plenty of places to si and relax. Also the wonderful position of the house right next to the river. Loved looking around the old garden and imagining what it once was.
