Situated in the delightful market town of Weybridge in Surrey, this charming former coaching inn has undergone extensive refurbishment, yet still retains much of its original charm.

Not being told the kitchen was being refurbished and after walking across the road in the rain the Breakfast was very basic.
Food. Both breakfasts and eve dinner were excellent. Thankyou
friendly staff. good comfortable room. poached eggs on toast were loveley
breakfast was at the Anchor - the sister hotel. Items advertised on the continental breakfast were not available and tea and coffe already made was not good - but complained at the time and hopefully they will take this on board
Location excellent, plenty of choice for eating out. Excellent outside area weather permitting
Showers not hot enough Small rooms Breakfast is served in pub across the road.
Slightly uncomfortable bed
Very nice breakfast and lovely view of the river.
Good value for money, in an attractive location, with fairly easy access to London. Although a little tired, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and quiet, and the staff friendly.
Parking!! Very difficult to find space near to the hotel in the evenings. Nearest public car park a ten minute walk away, and payment needed between 7 am and 7pm.
The location is very nice and easily accessible.
The hotel is in need of a full refurbishment. I believe this may alreday have started as the restraunt was closed (which I was not informed of when making the booking). The bedroom I stayed in was "tired". The bathroom also needed updating.
Clean room, Good "feel at home feeling"
Restaurant not available
Lovely hotel excellent facilities and breakfast included and good value. Staff very good nothing too Much trouble would stay again
Only trouble for me was the stairs but another time would request a lower floor but realise difficult to have a lift
Lovely staff cheap for drinks and food very comfy beds and very modern look
Wasn't very close to thorpe park and shop was a 10 min walk away
The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the anchor hotel was superb. Was nice that we could park the car and then walk somewhere for dinner. We had a great dinner at the wine bar & grill.
Feather pillows and we had an attic room with velux windows and when it rains you are kept awake with the noise. You will hear aeroplane noises. No signs for do not disturb. No lifts.
Considering the price of the hotel I wasn't expecting much but the hotel was easy to find and great service.
Lovely location! We visited thorpe park for my birthday and had a nice night away without the children. The room was amazing! Very modern, spacious and we had a juliet balcony looking out onto the thames. They had all types of teas, hot chocolate and coffee available and also sparkling water, fruit and biscuits. Breakfast was included which was also very gd quality and hot at the hotel across the road.
There was a wedding taking place and i think hotel guests should have been advised as it went on quite loud into night. Also i knew parking would be bad but with a wedding taking place it was ridiculous, guests staying should be given a permit so wedding guests should park in the carpark up the road which is pay and display.
Nice comfortable bedrooms, nice tv, clean, good bathroom
Really hard to park near the hotel
The staff were very pleasant, the location and value for money was very good and the breakfast was very good, with a buffet plus a hot breakfast which was freshly cooked to order.
The bathroom was a little tired, although there was bags of hot water. Parking was a real problem. Warren Lodge and two more pubs share the same parking area and it was full all evening, especially as some of the hotel guests parked large vans which took up more than one parking space.
A good place to stay No problems
The friendliness of the staff and the general welcoming environment
The car parking inadequacies and, especially, the noisy plumbing......
The friendliness of the staff.
Nothing amiss !
-Staff was very nice, however we did not need to deal with them much -Stunning Thames view!!! -Excelent location on the churh square with lovely looking buildings around, and good restaurants
-dirty rooms, especially bathroom, with somebody's else hair, spiders on bedding -so thin walls that we could hear what our neigbors were doing -we paid extra for better room, with terrace and Thames view - terrace was shared with other guests, so We had to keep curtains closed avoind other people lloking inside our room and not to hear their conversations -breakfast were served in other hotel, and weren't very delicious -Internet avaible only in Lobby, and to get there every time we had to properly dress up and leave our room located in separate building
Walls in the River Block were thin and the early risers in the next room woke us with their talking. The wifi did not reach our room.
The view of the river was lovely, the staff were friendly & helpful :)
Liked the garden view out our window and was relatively quiet until the morning.
The quiet was disturbed in the morning by our door rattling every time another door was opened or closed. Shower had very poor pressure/flow. When reception was advised of this, we were told that this was controlled by a switch that we obviously knew nothing about
I liked the location, the hotel itself and the general area
The restaurant had been closed due to fire, we weren't informed beforehand and had to use the hotel opposite for meals. We should have received an email or similar to let us know of this
