With free parking, this hotel in Chertsey has wonderful views of the river and out beyond historic Chertsey Bridge.

Lovely setting being situated in church square.
In need of a refurb in rooms, specifically bathrooms and windows.
So friendly and helpful could not do enough for us.Great location by the river.
Parking became difficult mainly because of Christmas parties.
Excellent location. Comfortable room and very good breakfast
Fantastic location and view. Breakfast very good. Staff very good and polite. Main hotel nice.
Broken lamp still plugged in without a bulb! Window latch broken and left on the side. Bathroom very poor condition by today's standards. Slow running water in the shower etc. Building very shabby to be honest. We like it as not over fussy but wouldn't recommend to others. Sorry.
No parking space after 4pm
Friendly, good breakfast, good pub next door.
no real ale on draft.
Very efficient and polite staff. I would certainly consider this hotel for future visits.
Our bed had a large dip in the middle. The room toilet flush was ineffective.
Freshly cooked breakfast to order
Having only the opportunity to stay for one night
No working shower, moved room no working shower or heating!!!!!
Breakfast good Area was nice with good location
Only a 10 mins drive to Kempton Races. Food , service and staff were excellent
Facilities were poor, no food, and no internet too hot in the rooms in October!! Room had a whole glass wall looking out over the river, lovely except it was the patio for the hotel so you had to keep the curtains drawn all the time in case some came and sat outside your window. Hopeless parking area, it should advertise limited parking available
room with lovely view
plug chain and light pull needed fixing, not informed until I asked, that breakfast was in sister hotel across square
Staff are helpful and friendly.
Parking is a problem as limited spaces fill up very quickly early evening! On-site restaurant has not been operational for some months which means you have to walk to The Anchor acroos the road.
Not being told the kitchen was being refurbished and after walking across the road in the rain the Breakfast was very basic.
Food. Both breakfasts and eve dinner were excellent. Thankyou
friendly staff. good comfortable room. poached eggs on toast were loveley
breakfast was at the Anchor - the sister hotel. Items advertised on the continental breakfast were not available and tea and coffe already made was not good - but complained at the time and hopefully they will take this on board
Location excellent, plenty of choice for eating out. Excellent outside area weather permitting
Showers not hot enough Small rooms Breakfast is served in pub across the road.
Slightly uncomfortable bed
Very nice breakfast and lovely view of the river.
Good value for money, in an attractive location, with fairly easy access to London. Although a little tired, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and quiet, and the staff friendly.
Parking!! Very difficult to find space near to the hotel in the evenings. Nearest public car park a ten minute walk away, and payment needed between 7 am and 7pm.
The location is very nice and easily accessible.
The hotel is in need of a full refurbishment. I believe this may alreday have started as the restraunt was closed (which I was not informed of when making the booking). The bedroom I stayed in was "tired". The bathroom also needed updating.
Clean room, Good "feel at home feeling"
