We had a lovely break at Warrens Village. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had a problem with our heating on the first night, we reported this to Martin at Reception and were moved the next day. It was lovely to be able to have a drink and enjoy the entertainment in the club then just have a 30 second walk back to our room. We would quite happily go back to Warrens Village.

We stayed in a family lodge which i think was new and it was very clean and spacious. It had a kitchen, dining space, lounge, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and had plenty of room for us. The staff member on check in was polite and helpful. We had booked for 2 nights as a stopover on a journey to St Ives but decided to check out after 1 night, this was in no way connected to the site though we just wanted to explore!

The immediate area surrounding the lodge wasn't great. I think there must be permanent residents on site too and unfortunately not all lodges/caravans were kept in good condition. This did not impact upon our stay however and we had no trouble with noise etc so just a small point.

We did not investigate the camp site but it was good to see that there were facilities. Lack of cleanliness in cabin made us reluctant to us reluctant to use anything available. Being continually ignored upon arrival & whilst seated, meant that we walked out [she was still chatting) so did not experience the dining room or food.

No bathroom shelves/hooks.Filthy shower curtain. 13.5 tog duvet in DIRTY cover for early Sept conditions. No microwave or eating utensils, cutlery. Ignored by chatting dining room staff. No visible breakfast menu. Advised by 4 diners " better not to wait, such slow service here"!! Hope you do not mind the truths.

The room was a good size, adequately furnished and was clean.

Room had underlying smell of cigarette smoke, particularly the curtains. The room was a bit dated

Proximity to M5. Lovely coastal position. Clevedon is a beautiful little town. Eating places in area - especially the 'Little Harpist' on promenade.

Waste basket in one of our 2 rooms wasn't emptied !! Only one easy chair was provided.
