Warm welcome. Good size accomodation
Slight Motorway Noise Breakfast not open until 8am
The noise from the water heater and fridge kept us awake
We had a lovely break at Warrens Village. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had a problem with our heating on the first night, we reported this to Martin at Reception and were moved the next day. It was lovely to be able to have a drink and enjoy the entertainment in the club then just have a 30 second walk back to our room. We would quite happily go back to Warrens Village.
We stayed in a family lodge which i think was new and it was very clean and spacious. It had a kitchen, dining space, lounge, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and had plenty of room for us. The staff member on check in was polite and helpful. We had booked for 2 nights as a stopover on a journey to St Ives but decided to check out after 1 night, this was in no way connected to the site though we just wanted to explore!
The immediate area surrounding the lodge wasn't great. I think there must be permanent residents on site too and unfortunately not all lodges/caravans were kept in good condition. This did not impact upon our stay however and we had no trouble with noise etc so just a small point.
Easy location to find. Close to chedder gorge. Easy access from the motorway but not too close. Enjoyed the cabin.
We did not investigate the camp site but it was good to see that there were facilities. Lack of cleanliness in cabin made us reluctant to us reluctant to use anything available. Being continually ignored upon arrival & whilst seated, meant that we walked out [she was still chatting) so did not experience the dining room or food.
No bathroom shelves/hooks.Filthy shower curtain. 13.5 tog duvet in DIRTY cover for early Sept conditions. No microwave or eating utensils, cutlery. Ignored by chatting dining room staff. No visible breakfast menu. Advised by 4 diners " better not to wait, such slow service here"!! Hope you do not mind the truths.
The room was a good size, adequately furnished and was clean.
Room had underlying smell of cigarette smoke, particularly the curtains. The room was a bit dated
the accommodation the bar
I only really used to sleep as I had a cycling event the next day, however the food was great value for money It had everything I needed for my night
Perfect base to stay whilst exploring the area

The room basic but the bed not good uncomfortable very low.
Nice and quiet. Great restaurant. Very friendly staff. Lovely accommodation.
Could do with a children's play area.
Only stayed 2 nights in single room but was just what we needed. It was good value, clean and had a fridge and coffee /tea making facilities. We had a good evening meal and breakfast on site, saved us going out to find somewhere to eat.
Proximity to M5. Lovely coastal position. Clevedon is a beautiful little town. Eating places in area - especially the 'Little Harpist' on promenade.
Waste basket in one of our 2 rooms wasn't emptied !! Only one easy chair was provided.
welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and well equipped lodge quiet, secluded and well kept site
small shop providing essentials on site would have been useful but supermarkets only a stone throw away
Lodges are spacious and on site entertainment was a great laugh.
Walls were very thin... next doors alarm woke me up!
The Chalet was brilliant
Kitchen utensils and pots and pans VERY POOR ,I spent a long time cleaning the two very badly greased up frying pans then the black coating came off when i cooked with them, next time i will bring my own.
Facilities on site were good, and the food in the restaurant was appetising. Great all round value for money.
The chelate was lovely, loads of space and very clean. Staff were all friendly and the area was very peaceful. I will definitely be going back again.
You need to car to get to most places but if you don't mind the walk you,ll be fine
It was good for us Grandparents, our children and grandchildren, suited us all very well. We enjoyed the restaurant and the bar, very sociable place.
would have liked a bedside lamp for reading and a shelf in the bathroom.
The chalet was big and comfortable. it was a nice quiet weekend break
