Central location. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Very safe with gated entry and secure parking.
Carpet really needs renewing. Some operating manuals for cooking and washing machine would be useful. Horrible view of rubbish bags etc at front of property.
Spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and - unlike so many apartments - fully equipped. The daily cleaners were genuinely professional and unobtrusive. In addition, there's a great supermarket just across the road.
I loved it all.
Coming for a couple of days this was ideal. My friend and I enjoyed relaxing and making ourselves at home. There was everything we needed and once the bery clean fridge had sine prosecco and nibbles we were in no hurry to go anywhere! It was Ina great spot as just two minutes walk and we were in the main shopping area. Secure parking and keypad pedestrian gate felt reassuring.
All good really. Tricky to find but that's just because the roads are so restricted.
The location of Warwick apartments is great for walking to shops, restaurants & bars. It was clean and had everything we needed during our 2 night stay.
However being on the ground floor on a main street meant noisy people walking by at all hours, other residents/guests being loud on their way home from drinking in the early hours meant being work up by the noise but more annoyingly the security light shone bright through the glass front door which I could see from my bed and woke me up all night! I think they should state clearly their front door is next to the main gate to gain entrance on the ground floor so potential guests know before they book... Also they need better lighting in the bedroom, it was so dark!
Spacious, good TV and wifi.
Floors were hard, thin carpet covering concrete. To get the room key, requires going to another building, this was not communciated, so time wasted.
Cleanliness Size large Facilities-kitchen and toilet A1 Quality TV
Early morning check out-10am- totally unflexible unless you pay £30 for 1pm checkout. That's 40% of the room fee for 3 hours! Difficult to find the office to pick up keys-It's a hassle of repeated calls to the office& street wanderings to locate the small hotel to retrieve them. Parking a real pain since the nearby car park needs money in the slot by 8am the next day. Builders are banging outside from 8.30am. To use the apartments limited spaces for parking costs 10£ in advance. Thermostat in the room stuck at 26 degrees! Office staff clueless to help. Essentially I had to spend an hour fiddling and attempting to find an online manual-Failed (and I'm a techno geek) in the end and had to open all double glazed windows (noise pollution very bad on the busy road) Overall a lot of hassle for 1 night of poor sleep. Premier Inn would refund me for a sleep that bad.
Brilliant location, lovely apartment, great Wi-Fi connection. Very good price.
One night, there was a pile of cardboxes on fire near the apartment, I got the fire-extinguisher and put it out; if I had waited for the Fire brigade, it would have spread to a large pile of rubbish and, with smoke already coming into the apratment block, I imagine it would have been pretty awful. I immediately informed the night staff (it was about 10 pm and I was returning from a meal out) and that was fine. The fire was not the hotel's fault, what I didn't expect was that I would be challenged about what I had done by obe of the management who told me it wasn't their rubbish so not their problem. If I had left it, it would quickly have become a big problem and, as smoke was already coming into the apartment block, I did the right thing. The reaction as I checked out left quite a bad taste at the end of my holiday. You'd have thought they'd have offered to pay for the dry-cleaning of my clothes which stank of smoke (not that I was expecting that), instead I was spoken to like a idiot. Not good, not good at all.
Spacious and a large balcony. quite modern and there is a supermarket nearby, quite convenient, just about only 3 minute's walk.
car park was booked in advance, but it was not available when we arrive. The nearest parking area has overnight stay parking but only for 12 hours costs 10 pounds, and you got to make sure the time. carpet is a bit worn out.
Clean and modern. Safe parking
We visited on the hottest day of the year and just couldn't get it cool enough to be able to sleep comfortably. Fixtures and fittings all cheap and not wearing well. Equipment in kitchen sparse and cheap. The seagulls are unbelievably noisy! You wouldn't think that Cheltenham would have any - it is inland. They wake at 4am on the dot!
Good space and facilities
Noisy neighbours and dirty bathtub bad wifi signal
Good location and options for early check in and late check out were great. Apartments were spotless and well appointed
We were in a rush to check in and a slight miscommunication between the staff held us up so some information like Wifi & access codes was not clearly given - could do with more clarification of these and temperature controls within the apartments
great location and accessibility, a supermarket is right opposite to the apartment.
only have one window at living room, so too dark. Living on ground floor, people walked past could see us, limited privacy.
Close to city centre and most amenities. Good Beds. Good T.V
Only one bedroom had a place to put clothes etc. The moment you open the windows, lot of road and vehicle noise. Unfortunately in hot weather, you need to open the windows !!! Need to pay for car parking.
Private car park - very convenient. Very clean. Spacious living room/kitchen/diner and two bathrooms. Kitchen area very good with large fridge and freezer and washer/dryer for clothes. Excellent cooker. Very comfortable place to stay for 5 nights. We would use these apartments again and would recommend to friends. Very convenient for town centre and shops, pubs, take-aways and restaurants. Staff at Central Hotel reception were very pleasant and helpful.
It was great having user manuals for toaster and kettle but it would have been helpful to have user manuals for central heating controls, cooker and microwave!!? Tin opener and frying pan both needed replacing.
Great value for money, not to far away from centre area. Staff very helpful
Location, helpful staff, cleanliness, good to be there helpful items like washing up liquid, room size, ensuite plus bathroom
Hot and muggy day when we stayed and apartment hot plus too much noise outside when windows open. Woken up by other residents returning at 3am! No wifi password
The location was great - really easy walk into the city - morrisons opposite means you can buy a bottle of wine at night.
The other apartments had been rented to some teens who had a party - it lasted until 5am. The yard was full of nitrous oxide canisters and cigarette ends. Someone was smoking in the bathroom above us and it floated down. The partygoers were polite but very drunk, but if I'd had younger children I would have been appalled, as it was my own children were slightly scared by it. And no-one slept at all. I feel their booking should have been checked? I didn't think the young girl on night duty at the Central Hotel would have been in any position to quieten them down so didn't bother her. Not sure what the policy is on this. Also told that there would be parking, then on arrival there wasn't any - so ended up in extortionate car park over the road.
The staff are so helpful and friendly, the apartment was very clean n comfortable bed linen.
Extremely nice apartment!!!!
Difficult to find the check in
Spacious lounge and kitchen area, newly fitted out , very comfortable.
Rooms too hot and difficult to adjust thermostat. Not clear how to use entry gate.
Apartment is spacious modern & very clean. Parking was on site with easy access. Instructions on picking up key & access all excellent. Extremely impressed with the finish & cleanliness of the place.
£10 per night for parking is a bit expesive but when combined with the deal on the apartment I'm happy I got a good deal. We had rowdy neighbours so had to use the bedroom on the front to avoid the noise.
The apartment is very modern, exquisitely clean and has all the goodies. Great value for money. Very spacious.
WiFi signal strength is a consistent problem
Very clean flat Great location Secure parking Lovely to relax in
Comfortable beds, powerful showers and smart decor.
It was unclear how and where we were to check in.
Central Location and excellant value for money. Was able to leave the car and walk everywhere
