The bed was comfy, the room quiet and clean.
The self service breakfast was plentiful but of pretty average quality.
Great place to unwind. Lovely staff.
Breakfast - scrum down. Too many people, not enough space.
Very clean room plenty of space nice big shower and free breakfast I will. be back next year to stay a bit longer could not fort in any way
There wasn't anything I didn't like
Everything we needed Good breakfast Very clean and tidy
Lighting in bathroom wasn't as bright as I would like for make up etc!
We arrived quite late and hungry, but the staff were extremely helpful & made us a pizza. They couldn't be more helpful.
Tidy room very spacious nice bed and a good selection at breakfast, over all just what we wanted
Large comfortable room with a good spacious shower. Good location next to the M40 but with excellent sound proofing against traffic noise.
Very busy and quite noisy with lots of families staying for Warwick Castle. Queues for breakfast.
Clean and tidy friendly staff helpful staff good breakfast bar car parking
pub next door Little literature in reception (trips etc)
Staff were so helpful and charming The facilities were excellent And the room clean and comfortable
Breakfast a little basic
Clean rooms. Quiet hotel. Polite staff. Everything working. Room modern and well decorated.
Nothing. The pub next to the hotel was hopeless. The chef had resigned and the kitchen in chaos. Sure it's sorted now though.
Made most welcome and felt important. Staff went the extra mile to ensure we had all we wanted and expected. Highly recommended.
Can't think of anything.
Great Value for money, nice size room and great nights sleep.
The sink in the bathroom was broken which should of been picked up by clueing staff. The toilet paper was very cheap - like the stuff you would find in a run down public toilet.
Location was great for the surrounding areas, hotel was clean and comfortable and quiet, breakfast good.
Location Value for money Clean Friendly helpful staff Good free breakfast Good wine
Room 10 faced a wall so dark but quiet room Only pizza and vending machine for food Bed not very comfortable £3 parking
Staff on duty at reception, Tony. Staff on duty at breakfast, friendly and efficient.
One member of staff with blonde hair in a pony tail and a sour face, was in reception when I checked in...she ignored me but Tony saved the day. Saw her in the breakfast room the following day, her face would have curdled milk !
Friendly relaxed hotel with a modern feel will visit again excellent value for money
Nothing to complain about
Fast check in
Sheets had yellow stains. I could see the toothpaste stains in the bathroom basin from previous person who stayed there. No mobile reception at all inside the room. Small bed. Minimal room.... Industrial breakfast
Friendly helpful & pro-active staff
Quiet and good location for the traveller
The food, the friendly atmosphere, the luxury, the beautiful environment. Everything!
That I had to leave and couldn't stay longer.
Three newspapers were removed from our room and binned. Our bags were moved.
Lovely setting Excellent breakfast included spacious room VG Value Good access
Bed/Pillows/room cleanliness/ Housekeeping threw away papers that were not left by/in the bin. Moved personal belongings into a corner. Breakfast reasonable - milk is definitely watered down. Very disappointing visit this time!!
staffs very friendly and helpful
We enjoyed staying there. And it was quite close to the sights we wanted to visit.
The food in the Porridge Pot restaurant next door was awful. We had to wait more than 45 minutes for each course. When it arrived, it was poorly presented and overcooked. Frozen oven dinner from hell. Staff were friendly enough though.
