I liked the Holiday Inn Express in Warwick, it was good value for money. The breakfast was good too. It was quite noisy, traffic noise, being near the motorway. I also thought it unnecessary to charge for parking- £3.00, especially when you are a guest paying £70 + for your room.

The most important thing from a hotel is cleanliness and that was spot on. Decent location, reasonable price, did the trick. Breakfast could have been better as they kept running out of things and took ages for replacements. No hash browns with a big breakfast was a bit upsetting! See above ref breakfast

Clean and spacious room with new facilities. Nicely furnished in modern style. Buffet breakfast adequate. In line with purpose of hotel- a stopover with no frills but very lpeasant. Meets my need to stay over near to my daughter when visiting. Having to pay £3 for the car park- should be included in price or staed when you arrive. This is a minor issue as hotel good value.

Everything. Nice welcome from staff, rooms were fine, scrambled egg and sausage thrown into the so called continental breakfast, free daily newspapers, unstinting on top ups for welcome tray tea and coffee, some guests bitched about having to pay £3 a day (overnight rate) for parking on site ... seemed really petty considering the price. Handy pub with decent carvery and friendly staff (again) alongside. Location great for getting into Warwick or leamington or Stratford. I liked everything - well, bar one whingeing couple who wanted free parking

Great location, friendly staff, pleasant decor, comfortable bed, choice of pillows was a nice touch and worked well for my partner and I! I was quite happy to have a ticketed entrance/barrier on the car park, but paying for parking for a guest already paying to stay at the hotel when it was quite a distance from warwick centre and leamington seemed rather unreasonable.

We loved it! The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, convenient and good value for money. The only thing I would improve is perhaps offering a full english breakfast as a choice.

Great location for access to m40. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Good value and plenty of choice for breakfast. The Porridge Pot next door was a great place to eat. The lighting in the room was rather dim for reading - I had to sit right next to the spotlight for this.

Communal areas were comfortable, good bar area and breakfast was good and efficient. Rooms more designed for business use, could do with better areas for hanging clothes and some drawers, The heating/air conditioning was noisy and either too hot or too cold. I visited the Holiday Inn with my 80 year old mother visiting family.

Excellent location for visiting Warwick castle and Stratford upon Avon, the rooms were ideal and the hotel was very well run. The Porridge Pot located next door was ideal for having a drink and meal without having to worry about driving.

From the moment we arrived staff were friendly and efficient. On the Saturday I asked for Warwick Castle information, but they did'nt have any Lisa on reception went to the trouble of downloading relevant info and gave it to us as we had breakfast. These are the touches that make the stay memorable. The room was nice clean and was everything we would expect. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend hotel to family and friends.

The location for Warwick Castle (our reason for the visit) was excellent - five minutes down the road. The hotel had very well designed rooms, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room was again well designed and had an excellent choice, which was quick and easy as it was self service. An added bonus was the carvery restaurant over the road (not part of the hotel) which did good value evening meals. Nothing - we thought it was great hotel in an excellent location. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
