Polite staff There were some booking mistakes made. First the wrong room rate was charged, then the wrong room type was allocated. Also you are charged £3.00 for parking which for a hotel off of the m40 is ridiculous. |

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Check in was effecient and all details explained. When checking out different staff/manager and not as cheerful but still dealt with check out to standard procedure. The smell that came from our bathroom sink plug hole when water went down was not pleasant. Would have liked a socket by the mirror for hair straightners as was there for 3 days. Also, felt hotel guests should not be made to pay for parking. |

easy to find. Clean and no fuss mad breakfast time, no where to sit, food run out, noise, paying for two cars added 6 pounds to the room cost, validating ticket, when got to the barrier it didn't work and had to be validated again. |

Easy to find, friendly helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere - late checkout, 12pm this is great as you usually feel pushed out as check outs are usually around 10/11am. The 12pm checkout gives you plenty of time to have breakfast and get ready to leave |

The breakfast facilities were good as I assumed a Holiday Inn Express was more like a basic travel lodge motor hotel. After staying in hotels all my life I found it strange having to pay for the Car Park for the very first time. Presumably it is just profit taking. |

Convieniant central location for visiting the in the Warwick and Stratford area. Right on junction 15 of the M40 but no sound that the motorway is so close. Very relaxed atmosphere. Nothing that stands out other than having to pay for parking. |

The breakfast was pitched at the right level - plentiful, lots of choice, a bit like having breakfast at home. The room was quiet (in terms of external noise) and the facilities were fine. There were too few staff on in the morning for the check-out of guests - a big queue. One girl manned the desk on her own for quite a while and had a difficult customer. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy. The kettle switch needed to be held for it to boil and two tea bags seemed mean. The hot water was variable in the shower - sometimes nice and hot, other times barely tepid. |

Generally the staff were ok. There were a few that I actually found quite rude and unhelpful but the others were fine. The Manager (I think tony) was very pleasant. The Wi-fi was terrible and I could not use it, even after paying £10 for the priviledge. I also did not like the fact that you have to go to the desk to get an Iron. If that is the case you should be told when you check in so you can prepare. |

Pub next door was very cosy and served good food. Lounge in the hotel very comfortable. The breakfast was very average. I wish these type of hotels would provide decent bread that is not wafer thin! |
