Holiday Inn Express Warwick - Stratford-upon-Avon  

Absolutely fine. Good facilities in good order. Rooms comfortable. Very obliging staff who were very helpful and courteous. Good breakfast for the price.

Not sure that the loo was as clean as it could have been on arrival.

Handy location for nec and cheaper than closer hotels

Hard to control heating in room - 1 degree change seemed to either blow boiling air or frezzing air!

We had an excellent price deal well below other local b&b etc. It was very modern with well thought out room layout E.g blue night light switch for the toilet so you do not disturb your partner. The morning continental breakfast included hot scrambled eggs, baked beans and local good quality sausages in addition to the usual cereals,fresh muffins and other breakfast items. Will definitely use again if in the area without looking elseware. P.s We only paid £35 special deal but well worth £60+ which seems to be the average the hotel and also for the rivals.

A very minor observation was the orange juice seemed like squash but may have picked up the wrong drink?

Comfy, friendly

Staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious and breakfast was fresh and hot. Stayed because we were attending a wedding reception at Warwick Castle which was only a 5 min drive away.

It was clean, modern and well-equipped. Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast facilities were very good with plenty of choice.

Everything. Nice welcome from staff, rooms were fine, scrambled egg and sausage thrown into the so called continental breakfast, free daily newspapers, unstinting on top ups for welcome tray tea and coffee, some guests bitched about having to pay £3 a day (overnight rate) for parking on site ... seemed really petty considering the price. Handy pub with decent carvery and friendly staff (again) alongside. Location great for getting into Warwick or leamington or Stratford.

I liked everything - well, bar one whingeing couple who wanted free parking

We loved it! The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, convenient and good value for money. The only thing I would improve is perhaps offering a full english breakfast as a choice.

Great location for access to m40. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Good value and plenty of choice for breakfast. The Porridge Pot next door was a great place to eat.

The lighting in the room was rather dim for reading - I had to sit right next to the spotlight for this.

Communal areas were comfortable, good bar area and breakfast was good and efficient.

Rooms more designed for business use, could do with better areas for hanging clothes and some drawers, The heating/air conditioning was noisy and either too hot or too cold. I visited the Holiday Inn with my 80 year old mother visiting family.

Convenient for Cotswolds and Stratford. Easy to find and has good access to several locations.
