Its location was very convenient due to proximity to Gaydon

Would have preferred better heating for the unseasonal chill experienced

We chose the hotel for it's location to the Castle and was not disappointed. On entering the hotel our impression was 'wow this is nice'. The staff were friendly and efficient, our room was basic (as we expected) but was very clean, comfortable and had everything in it that we needed. The breakfast was good (especially the sausages, which I am very fussy about) and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Thank you for a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very handy for m40 and midway between Warwick and Stratford.Met with friends from Surrey as we are Lancashire.Everything was superb and the local restaurant "Porridge Pot" was also excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

The reception was modern and inviting with check in quickly managed by holiday staff which was a welcomed perk after a long drive. The rooms were clean and bright and had all the necessary amenties for an overningh stay. The price was also very competitive, with the price at £33.00 per couple with breakfast a lot less than hotels and B & Bs in the area.

The parking should have been free for hotel guests ir added on to the price of the room. I would rather pay £35.00 than to have to pay £3.00 for parking and getting ticket validated so as not to be charged for rentrance later that day. The breakfast was also basic and of poor quality it would have been nice to have a paid menu offering more choices, such as omelettes.

The hotel was ideally located however our room no 52 was very very cold the therostat did not heat up the room after 1 hour I asked for a heater as my wife was sitting in her coat after a wait of 1 hour I had to go to recepetion and get one!!!!! Result the room did not heat up until 10pm and when we got into bed the bed was very cold We spent a miserable night and next day cancelled our second stay and informed the duty manager of our probelms She did refund the whole of our stay which we were very pleased Hotels are usually too hot so there must be something wrong with the heating in that room We would stay in a holiday inn express again as the duty manager did apologise vetry sincerley

It was my 1st time staying at a Holiday Inn Express so was a bit unsure of what to expect. I was very surprised - in a good way - the room was nice and big, the staff friendly and the breakfast was very enjoyable.

We had to be in Warwick at 8.30am and could not check in until 3pm, it would be good if they were a little flexiable on this as it made it a very long day. The bathroom smelt which was not very nice. Parking could be free as it bumps up the price of staying there. The pub next door was closed for the weekend which we were not told about when booking in......other than that I did enjoy my stay and would use them again.

Great hotel, staff and good breakfast.

A little bit far to walk into Warwick all the time and very expensive taxis. Not the fault of the hotel though.

Great value for money. A comfortable room within easy access of the motorway. A brilliant pub in the same location serving great evening meals

A very good reasonably priced hotel. No frills but very clean,staff polite, efficient and helpful. Self service breakfast very good. Have stayed before and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others. Quiet and peaceful despite being next to the pub.

Would have liked more hanging space but this is a minor critisism.
