Holiday Inn Express Warwick - Stratford-upon-Avon    

Very good clean hotel , one of the best I have stayed in for a quick overnight stay.

The food in the pub across the car park was very poor. (Don't know if they are connected)

Location, very close to Warwick Castle. Decent breakfast. Budget friendly. Helpful staff.

Close to the motorway and very reasonable. Good accommodation, clean and comfortable.

I like the welcome approach, friendly staff, breakfast and the fact you can help your self to top up of coffee and tea for the room

The beds were cosy and the room clean.

Staff too busy and gave conflicting information. As I didn't have a car and buses run on the hour it was difficult to get about. Expensive for what it was, wouldn't return there.

Having booked in advance the price was very good. The location was convenient for Stratford, and easy to get to.I would use this hotel again.

The location and ease of access was perfect for our visit to various locations in Warwick, Gaydon and Coventry. Parking was easy, room was quiet and clean and equiped with tea making facilities.

No restaurant available on site and the Carvery next door was already over booked when we arrived. However the staff were most helpful in advising us on how to obtain a take away and provided plates and cutlery etc.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the bar was nice choice of drinks, room clean and shower easy to use (my wife can have fun using some shower units).

had problem finding hotel from a very nasty roundabout (would think a sign on roundabout exit lane would help).

The room's facility for my disabled wife were excellent. The size and accessibility was good and the bathroom featured good support aids. We didn't have breakfast, this was our choice, so cannot comment.

The bed was a little too soft but not uncomfortable. The parking fee for blue badge holders could have been reduced or waivered.

its the usual pleasant holiday inn express package, this is the 6th time we've stayed there - location is ideal for Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Warwick University and Arts Centre

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. It was everything it said on the Internet.

The only thing we would have preferred in our room was another chair as we play Scrabble when we get together.

Very nice, comfortable room with large screen television and tea & coffee facilities. Following day had complementary buffet breakfast which was excellent.

Having to pay £3 to park my car in overcrowded car park, when the only way of getting to the hotel is by car. Not being warned that the public house within the complex would be so busy that one needed to book a table for an evening meal.

Heating in room a bit noisy and woke me during night could there be some liasion with restaurant next door-where service was totally lacking-i felt abandoned by waiting staff-although not strictly business trip i'd had very long busy day and had paperwork to prepare for following day's activity-and as lone diner would prefer to have meal as quickly as practically possible . should be up front on booking site about parking fee-why can't it be included in room charge?

Loved the option of pillows.

Breakfast was late. Cooked food came out at 7.30! We had been waiting since 6.30. Staff didn't seem to care. Room was freezing despite having the air conditioning on to warm the room at the top temperature. It was requested that the room be warmed prior to our arrival due to medical reasons yet this didn't seem to be adhered to. No extraction in the bathroom??! Serious lack of towels provided (1 bath and 1 hand towel were provided and there were two of us).

Breakfast was very poor quality . No mirror/dressing table with socket for hairstyling . Requested iron and handed iron & tatty board to carry up to room ourselves!

Great location for visiting Warwick castle. Good value for money. Modern bar area. Friendly staff.

Really hard to find using a Sat Nav. Postcode was no help at all!
