The room was very cold no duvets just a sheet for winter wasnt allowed breakfast as had a private party so had to eat in room discusting for the price had better times in a b and b in blackpool they make u feel more welcome

Rooms cold no blankets just top covers not even sheets not allowed in main bar had to sit in reception not allowed breakfast wasnt told this at time of booking

Tired decoration, Outside needs tidying.

The hotel had a very nice swimming pool which my 6 year old loved. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The location is good, quite end of Blackpool not far from the tram turn around point, friendly staff, good entertanment,off main road parking.

Very friendly staff, nice room and pool and 24 hour bar.

A bit of a walk from the main area of Blackpool but worth it.

The manager on reception was lovely

It was in serious need of being updated & the service at breakfast needs to new better planned

Good parking, easy check in, good large rooms, pretty basic, average breakfast,happy for what we needed.

Couldnt ajust shower, too hot.

the swimming pool is fabulous, kids loved it as always, The bedrooms are spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel is good, 5mins to the pleasure beach.

Check out to go home was best part of stay.

Room 6 was filthy. Shower was disgusting as walls, drain and shower enclosure covered in black mould. Large cracks on walls around windows and in ceiling. Pipework and window ledges were filthy too. Hotel didn't even have the courtesy to respond to guest requests made at time of booking except when guest asked at Reception on check in. Breakfast table wasn't set properly and guest had to ask waiter for cutlery and, borrow condiments and sugar from other tables. Hotel was very dowdy, every floorboard creaked, carpet in room had multiple small stains. Would never use this hotel again and it certainly wasn't worth £60 bed and breakfast per room. Booking.com room description said that the rooms had comfortable seating area in each room - none in Room 6 at all - wouldn't even be enough space to have a lounge/break out area.

The pool was great

There wasnt any entertainment even though it was advertised

When we went for breakfast the waiter took our order. This was two coffees two full breakfast and two sausages for our child. The only thing that came was two breakfast. I asked where they were but was told the kitchen was shut.
