The Warwick hotel is the biggest dump we have stayed in . our room ( 61) had Old fashioned faded wallpaper on the walls which were hanging off in places,. The decor of the room looked as though the last time it was painted was 1960. It had no shower and a sink in the bedroom , The bed was 3/4 or a very small double and sagged in the middle. The pool and changing area looked dirty so we did not use it. We only stayed because all Hotels in Blackpool were full and we were very tired after a long journey and it was the only room available, There was no staff on except one nice man running the reception, bar,.. Etc.

Leaving On arrival we were instructed to park car at rear of Hotel, to gain entry to hotel and fromt reception you have to enter via the swimming pool. The breakfast was very poor and there were to few staff on. Both the Friday and Saturday there were only two staff on for breakfast, although they worked hard this was not enough. The room was small and the shower door opened towards the sink making it neat to get in. There are no comfortable seating and the hotel was exceptionaly hot to the extent it was uncomfortable to sit in. Would not recomed this hotel to anyone and would not use this again myself.

Location great for Golden Mile, the hotel was generally old and dated, but this did not impact on our stay at all, the bathroom was clean and the room was very good for a family budget room. The breakfast was fairly good, you didn't get heaps, but it was enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. The staff are excellent and clearly very committed, the manager appeared to be very hands on in the reception and at breakfast. We would definitley consider staying at this hotel when we visit Blackpool again. There was only a small window that could be opened, which when there are a family of 4 it was extremely stuffy. Parking although free of charge at the rear of the hotel can be a bit hit and miss, we managed to get a space when we arrived-just! However, I would recommend moving your car, early, on the morning you leave as you may find yourself blocked in, but we parked on the road at the front of the hotel on the Sunday morning with no problems. The prices in the bar were very expensive and the choice was minimal, both drinks and snacks, but again, this did not spoil our time there.

The assistant manager took 30 minutes to answer the bell on a locked front door and then refused to let me in at midnight, even though the hotel is advertised as 24 hour concierge service. She was obviously in a hurry to leave her employment as a taxi was waiting for her outside. Her rudeness and confrontational behaviour led to an apology by email from the manager, only after I had vacated my room and not even the courtesy of a personal phonecall.Quite disgusting service all round

Customer service in this hotel was outstanding! Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and obliging. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and even put on an earlier breakfast for me! 5 star service from a low cost hotel. I have re-booked to stay again later this month.

Location Room was very basic for the price, noisy at night, the coffee provided in the room was not coffee!! As a huge coffee lover and must have ny early morning shot, It was a very fine powder I actually thought was bisto powder and smelling it made me gag!!!! Take ur own coffee, I didnt try the tea. I was not shown the bar or restarunt on arrival or where the swimming pool was, I waited at reception about 5 mins before a staff member came to check me in and I was ringing the bell and after a 7hr drive that was not what I needed.

On arrival had to ring the bell three times, no one to greet us. Rooms ok but the hotel itself needs updating. Having been told bar stays open till midnight, bar staff shut bar(no last orders called), had word with duty manager, he opened residential bar, (staff should have called last orders). Night manager very nice. Breakfast nice but noticed cup stuck to saucer, dried on tea, not very pleasant. Also having taken our breakfast order, others got theirs before us even though they came down after us. Also couldnt understand why only 2 cups in the room when there was four of us (two 12 year olds, they do drink tea). Same at breakfast, only got enough tea for two, at £110 for a night should of had option for children to have tea.

Swimming pool. Comfortable beds and our rooms where sea front views and spacious. Parking. Location was nice and quiet. Advertised live acts but nothing on friday or saturday evening. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel but they did provide us with a free drink for the inconvienience. Did not sell childrens drinks. Was given the keys for the wrong room which was occupied by somebody else on arrival. Creeky floorboards
