I did like the double bed. The heated room on such a cold night and the pleasant service from the breakfast staff. No reception service so left to fumble around to find room. Hot water took ten minutes to get through system on bath and basin.

I thought the extra booking fee was way overpriced. The room was quiet, but small and a bit scruffy, however we had everything we needed and a good shower. Staff very friendly and breakfast ok. Decor looked tired. Room very small

It was in a great location for getting into Kingston. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very keen to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Off street parking in the courtyard was very useful. There wasn't much to dislike at all. Our room was at the front which meant we did have quite a lot of traffic noise so we couldn't have our window open during the night.

The warmth and services provided by Daniel and Nodeira. They made our stay memorable. Thank you both, especially daniel who solved all our problems and inquiries.Cleanliness of the room, and the good full English breakfast. Also proximity to Surbiton station to take trains to Waterloo in central London, as well as proximity to my son's stay for the camp in Travelodge tolworth Tower and hisTennis Avenue academy in New Malden., and Kingston town. Also quietness which provided comfortable sleep ( beds were comfortable) Room was small, but we used it only for sleep anyway. The twin room was fine even though we got it instead of the double room we originaly booked.

I used the hotel while my daughter was enrolling in the college. The hotel was close to to the college. It was clean. The staff were friendly. Our needs were very simple and the hotel met these needs. In comparison to other hotels the charges were high.

I felt very very welcome and comfortable in this nice Bed and Breakfast hotel. The personnel was so friendly and warm-hearted that I almost felt home there. Breakfast was delicious and Wifi connection was great. The room was very clean and offered everything I needed. I can highly recommend the Warwick Lodge without reservation.

Clean and welcoming. Owner available and gave good recommendations on where to eat in area. Breakfasts good value but only served till 8.30 a.m. maybe could extend that to 9a.m. at weekends. Given own front door key which was convenient On the whole excellent value for money. Would tell others to stay at Warwick Lodge and if in the area would stay again. Difficult to close doors quietly. The front door was hard to close without banging it !

1) A good welcome 2) Accommodating staff 3) Basic good value, clean room and lots of hot water. The front rooms are noisy due to closeness to main road. Three of us shared a room, so it became stuffy and hot in the night. Opening the window was not an option as the road noise made sleeping impossible. T.V. in dining room at breakfast was intrusive. I understand silence may inhibite some people, but soft nutral music would be better. Nobody asked whether we wanted the tv and guests had their back to it. Staff should check if it is required.

Daniel and his staff were very friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I travelled with a friend to go to Hampton Court flower show. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower was good. Very good breakfast. the room was a bit on the small side but really we only used it for sleeping.

Daniel's warm greeting set a good mood for a very tired family. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and service wonderful, especially at breakfast. The location couldn't have been better for us, as we wanted to be near to London but not in it and we wanted to be within walking distance of a nice pub (The New Prince) and the train station. The hotel amenities were very welcome, with coffee/tea/cookies in the room, tv, hair dryer and very good overhead lamps for reading in bed. The rooms were too warm, even when the weather turned cooler. We found a floor fan in our room when we arrived back at the Lodge after dinner one night and were very grateful, but the noise of the fan kept us awake so we couldn't use it throughout the night. It was really terribly warm, but aside from adding air conditioning or changing all of the windows I don't think there's much more that could be done about that.

“It was a pleasure staying in a Hotel where everything worked well. There was no damage to any of the tiles in the bathroom and the hot water was plentiful, unlike other hotels that we have stayed in. Our juniour suite was fabulous with panoramic views of London city. The mini bar was fully stocked and the whole experience was thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.” Nigel, Hereford |
