Easy access..parking, freindly owners and valye for money. Will use again.

Driving up and down the road, not easily identifyable as a hotel... Horrendous small room, bed suspect. Would not recommend to anyone and certainly wouldn't stay again. Continental breakfast!

I have stopped before but this time the room was very clean - good friendly staff - I slept really well which is unusual for me

Room was very small no toilet or shower but the price was lower to reflect this and I new in advance what I was getting

Friendly staff. Bedroom was small but clean & warm. Decent breakfast.

Bedroom very small. Bathroom tiny and door needed repair. I could hardly move in the shower. Toilet seat unstable. No Wifi signal in our bedroom despite mentioning this to a member of staff. Breakfast finished at 8h30 ! No good if you want a relaxing break.

The bedrooms, bathrooms and breakfast room were all spotlessly clean. The family were very polite and friendly.

The rooms were very compact but that was fine for just one night.

This was a last minute booking for work, really friendly place to stay with a good breakfast, clean rooms and easy access into London.

I asked if I could potential checkin very late if my flight was delayed and immediate response to my email sayiny yes.

Okay for bed and breakfast. Staff were nice and helpful. We only wanted a one night stay as we were visiting family and this suited the occasion. Cost was good and we paid a small amount extra for breakfast which was great value. We would go back again when visiting family which are very close by. Parking was good also.

Nothing really. However I dont think we would want to stay for much more than a couple of nights. Our room was rather cramped and on the main road.

We found the Warwick to be very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was good and not rushed.

Mainly we thought that £105 for the room was heavy as the comfort was only basic. This was a double deluxe room and it really did not live up to that name. There was also damp under the window and the room smelled damp.

bathroom outside of room, toilet for room 1&2 would not flush properly- nearly clogged a few times, poor shower heads that were weak and sprayed everywhere

The room was confortable for 3 people. Clean and practical no steps! Very candid staff.

Breakfast was only served until 0830 on weekdays and 0930 on weekends and holidays. Also if you happen to arrive on a late flt ( after 2100) you have no way to check in!

Smaill, cozy, more or less quiet, its disposition is also okay - 10 minutes to the station by foot.

Cold weather but the radiator in the room was not working very well.

Friendly staff and management and nothing was too much effort to assist me in my little requests like a wine bottle opener and extra milk!

The room I had was on the main road, so battled slightly to sleep with the constant flow of traffic. On a personal note, I suffer severe hayfever, so battled a bit at night. Although the room was spotless, the dust is carried mostly in the carpet. Perhaps a more industrial vacuum cleaner could be used.

Excellent value for money guest house. Good breakfast. Surprisingly modern facilities compared very well to big budget chains, unlike most little independents. Unlikely to need to stay in this part of London again, but would definitely consider Warwick Lodge if I did.

Parking was a bit awkward.

Clean,comfortable,modern room. Communal rooms quite modern,very clean and tidy.Smelt fresh and clean. good choice and well cooked breakfast. Outside space to use.

Location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room rate is too high even with a late reservation. This hotel should really be classed as a B&B.
