Convenient location. Very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great new bathroom with bath and shower. Own key to front door for entry anytime.

If staying longer, would have liked more channels on tv. Only freeview available. Slightly expensive for size of room. Again would like bigger if staying longer. Advert implied that the pub was almost next door. In fact almost half mile away. Once there though, great food and drinks available in many restaurants, not too far away.

It was easy to find; clean and friendly.

Along with many other hotels they do not provide sufficient milk for tea/coffee. The room was a bit cramped.

Tired decor and carpets, the look from the outside wasnt good, net curtains, gave a bad first impression

Daniel's warm greeting set a good mood for a very tired family. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and service wonderful, especially at breakfast. The location couldn't have been better for us, as we wanted to be near to London but not in it and we wanted to be within walking distance of a nice pub (The New Prince) and the train station. The hotel amenities were very welcome, with coffee/tea/cookies in the room, tv, hair dryer and very good overhead lamps for reading in bed.

The rooms were too warm, even when the weather turned cooler. We found a floor fan in our room when we arrived back at the Lodge after dinner one night and were very grateful, but the noise of the fan kept us awake so we couldn't use it throughout the night. It was really terribly warm, but aside from adding air conditioning or changing all of the windows I don't think there's much more that could be done about that.

Very welcoming and friendly hotel staff. Good room with all the facilities I required for a short stay.. Very good full English breakfast .. Also ..Handy for the bus routes and Surbiton Railway Station. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting and sight seeing in London as there is a fast service to Waterloo Railway Station from Surbiton .

The staff was really helpful and kind; As a Bed and Breakfast type it is great, comfortable, good breakfast, calm for sleep, safe and familiar environment. It is not close to the Underground, however there is an easy access by bus and it is easy to go to Downtown London and Kingston (good for shopping). If I would come back to London, I would come back to Warwick Lodge :o)
