The reception staff were very kind and helpful. Due to my leaving in the morning before breakfast was ready a large plate of fruit was delivered to my room so that I would be able to have something in the morning before leaving. The information about the hotel said that there were laundry facilities. There were but due to my arriving at 8pm they were not available to me. Perhaps the info should say that they are only available between certain times. |

The staff were very polite, on hand to greet us on our arrival and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was first class and plentiful. Highly reccommended. |

good location for our trip to Hampton Court for a concert. Proprietor & staff were always smiling and helpful and the option to be dropped off & picked up from the venue, (at extra cost) was a welcome and necessary service! |

When I tried to check out and pay my bill in the morning (I had a train to catch), the manager was not around. I waited 15 minutes, and could not wait any longer, so I gave the money to another employee. |

It suited our requirement for a one night stop over in that area for a few hours as a bed and breakfast establishment. We were not requiring the facilities of a Hotel Upon arrival the room was freezing cold - 5pm and the room did not heat up quickly enough in the one hour before going out but was warm upon our return. Shower requires new sealant--black mold. |

We were made to feel very welcome and the lodge manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom was very clean and we found staying with our young baby very relaxing. |

Surprised at how dated this hotel was considering the price. For £10 more I could've stayed in more modern accommodation in Central London. I couldn't fault the cleanliness of my room though it was extremely small and smelt damp. Staff were very polite. |
