Solo la ubicación Please do not go to this hotel. Is a fraud and got nothing to do with the pictures they show. The first night they didn´t make the check in so we stayed in the streets until 4 in the night, second we were bitten by bed ticks (I´ve put the pictures in internet if you search ticks in Dylan Apartments Kensington). When we decide to leave they didn´t give us our money back and called the police!!!! They didn´t give us a receipt even. I´m going to prosecute them. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location was great for London, near the exhibition centre and metro station, Really handy having a fridge and kitchenette and own bathroom and good value for the area and facilities given. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean and the people were friendly at the 24 hour reception. Unfortunately as it was on a main road with no double glazing which meant no sleep until about 5 in the morning as there was constant traffic and very noisy (I'm generally not really a light sleeper and my friend also found they woke up every half hour or so due to the noise). If you can get a room at the rear of the building then the area is great. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing and only dribbled (eventually having to finish washing my hair in the sink as soapy as gave up trying to get the shower to work properly).

Very noisy - traffic is non stop all day & night. No double glazing so was very difficult to sleep. Too much furniture in the room so could hardly move. The space between the wall & bed was so small we had to turn sideways to get passed. About what you expect for london though!!

Nearest place I could find to London Olympia 1. We were charged late checkin 50 pounds (without any notice or advertisements). 2. Hobs were not working and it took 2 days for some one to attend on request, so we had to eat outside and spend couple of hundred pounds on food unnecessarily. 3. carpets and bathrooms were smelling and we did not get an alternative room. 4. the room remained hot and unventilated and one of us, it was fatigue staying there. Overall experience - it is better to stay in a 16 share b&b than to have paid exorbit amount and stay in these apartments.. Simply no use staying here.

Absolutely nothing. Stay away!!! This place it is truly awful. I stay in London on a weekly basis and there's no need to stay in a doss house like this. The website pictures are a total misrepresentation. This is a grimy, smelling guest house that hasn't been updated since the 1970s. Putting a cupboard with a toaster and a hob in a bedroom doesn't make it an apartment. On arrival they insisted I pay cash, threatening a £50!!! additional fee for using my credit card and then initially refusing to provide a receipt for the cash.

The hotel was basic. I've chosen it because of the location and the possibility to. Have a kitchen in the room. It's conveniently located on the direct line from Heathrow and I was planning to travel a lot by trains, so for me it was great in terms of getting to Paddington and London Kings Cross and St Pancras. The room is very basic, with stains on the ceiling and a very shabby bathroom. Bathroom had a good hot water flow. I had a fridge, which was convenient. Too basic and shabby

Leaving on the final day The hotel room was dirty, not as described and it smelt manky and unclean. It is somewhere I would not go back. As to the self catering, it is a joke.

The only positive thing about this place was the location. It was about 10 minutes walk away from the Earls Court tube and there is 24hours tesco just outside the hotel. If I was to describe this place in a few words it would be smelly, noisy and expensive! These are just a few things that really make this place NOT worth the money... - although it is located near the the tube station with a very good access to the centre, it is right on the main street, near a big and very busy cross roads, so it can get very noisy, specially at night - we had a room 313 and I have never experienced such a smelly bathroom.... either it smelled of desinfectants or of cesspool...... - anything you wanted extra, was charged with all sorts of additional fees - for all I will mention card payment (5 pounds extra), wifi (10 pound / hour) and after check out - if you want to leave you suitcases at the hotel for any longer, it will also cost you 10 pounds / room!

Only thing good was the location The first apartment was shocking with poor standards and hygeine. Toilet was broken, carpets badly solied and stained. Porn mags left on top of shelf in wardrobe from previous people staying there. Bedding was dirty. Do not stay there unless your stuck or on tight budget. WAs moved eventually to another room..........not much better.

The proximity to the tube The room has a horrible smell, and the bathroom was worst. It was almost impossible to stay in the bathroom. You can smell humidity even in the corridor. The room was so small. So that you have to climb to the bed, because the wide of the room was equal to the wide of the bed.

Quiet location close to tube station Photos didn't match the reality of the room offered, although that is the idea. They are working on refurbishing the apartments, so if you are not happy with the room they move you around the corner to Earl's Court, where the room was ok as it had been refurbished, although small. The Tesco isn't 24 hours in the weekend. They are budget rooms so be warned. You will also have to pay for everything extra, eg 10 pounds to store bags, 10-15 pounds for wireless internet.

Location is near to city center, but for sure there are many places like this near to city centre Nothing attractive in it, bath is so small that it is difficult to use and room was not clear. Neighbours showed us a photo of an insect inside their bed. We will not use this hotel one more time

The best about the hotel is the quiet neighbourhood close to Earls Court and with a supermarket open 24 hours just around the corner. Also it was nice to have the possibility to cook at home with all the pots and plates available plus fridge and microwave inside the room. Pictures from the hotels homepage did not correspond with the room. Furniture was old with carpet on the floor. But it was clean and value for money, because we got it for a good price. Another thing is that the main door when you entered the hotel was not in order. It was very easy to enter from outside - even if locked.

Reception staff was very friendly. Location of the hotel was not the greatest; not particularly close to anything interesting other than the 24-hour TESCO. Rooms did not have an air conditioning, and the apartment building is located on a very busy street, which means that without air conditionning in the rooms, sleeping at night was very uncomfortable. Hotel doesn't have an elevator and has a very narrow staircase. The only double-bed room is located on top of the staircase. Rooms are not provided with safety boxes.

Friendly staff and decent location. Room is are old, very small, badly insulated and generally unpleasant. No tv remote or bath plugs (presumably having been nicked by previous tenants). Had to beg for an invoice although the management was happy to take pre-payment (not just blocking, full payment upfront), including unjustifiable 5% 'credit card' charge (?). Furniture directly out of the Emmaus Reject Centre does not even stand by itself and has to lean against the walls. Presumably to compensate the crooked uneven flooring Wifi did not work at all and bed (3/4 bed in a double room) was very uncomfortable giving me a crooked neck.

Only the location is good (metro station is about 5 minutes on foot) and the kitchen of corse. It was very very small old room. There is no place for the second person. Wi-fi is not free, the water was very hot and I can't reulate that.
