Solo la ubicación Please do not go to this hotel. Is a fraud and got nothing to do with the pictures they show. The first night they didn´t make the check in so we stayed in the streets until 4 in the night, second we were bitten by bed ticks (I´ve put the pictures in internet if you search ticks in Dylan Apartments Kensington). When we decide to leave they didn´t give us our money back and called the police!!!! They didn´t give us a receipt even. I´m going to prosecute them. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only the location is good (metro station is about 5 minutes on foot) and the kitchen of corse. It was very very small old room. There is no place for the second person. Wi-fi is not free, the water was very hot and I can't reulate that.

The room was very small but it had the basic items for self catering - microwave, kettle toaster. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were changed daily. The room needed a fresh coat of paint - the paint was peeling off the walls in places and the window felt as if it would fall out. It is difficult to answer the next question with a simple yes/no as it would depend on the person to whom I was recommending.

I normally don't complain but this was a horrible experience. The room looked nothing like the photos, I was on the top floor and despite the fact that the room was stuffy and hot, the window could not be opened more than 3 inches (probably a security measure) and the small noisy fan was not powerful enough to help even when I propped it up against the window to try and get more outside air. The shower was horrible--the electric water heater worked inconsistently and alternated between scalding and freezing. One of the of the broken legs of the wardrobe was propped up by a yellow pages book. The television broadcasts 3 channels poorly. The wifi service is way too expensive. And the general air circulation in the hotel is poor and the smell of stale food fills the air. Pay the extra money and go to a nicer place.

Located close to tube, buses and shops. Accommodaion was substandard and not what was shown in the web site photographs. Shower had a blocked drain. Kitchenette was no more than a sink and hot plate inside a rickety cupboard. Equipment in the kitchenette was dangerously wired into a light fitting with exposed bare wires that shorted out when used. Telephone was available in the room but not allowed to be used. Staff were generally unhelpful and would not refund our prepaid second night even though we had been forced to move out because the room was unsafe to occupy.

Nothing. The location was good, but the hotel itself was dirty and dangerous. The girl at the desk made me pay for my room before I could view it. My room was at the top of a very steep flight of stairs. The room itself was very dirty with stained carpet which was threadbare in many places and which was a trip hazard. The beds had bedlice. I was disgusted and asked for a refund. They refused to give me my money back unless I moved to their sister hotel (York Hotel). This hotel was better and more expensive but my room was in the basement at the bottom of another very dangerous flight of stairs. Altogether it was a very bad experience.

The proximity to Earl's Court underground is good. The room is cramp, worn out, bed condition is horrible, springs in bed is sunken. Paid GBP 72 for this, definitely not value-for-money. Photos on booking.com is not reflective of actual room purchased. I would warn future travellers to stay away if possible.

The room is too tiny. At first, they put me in a room in the basement which smells funny and heater broken. But later they helped me moved to another building of theirs.

Good location, close to the tube Too high fee for late check in (the amount is not indicated when you are booking). Quality of the room, no warm water, hair drier didn't work, we didn't have heating the first night. The room was in the basement. It would have been good to be informed about it in advance.

I did not like that you could not check in until 14:00. We sat on the steps outside the hotel for 30 minutes waiting to check in. It would have been nice to get into the room a bit early. I realize that rules are rules, but a bit of compassion for 3 weary traveler would have been appreciated.

Location was alright Described as an apartment- its actually a small room with a shower, toilet, bed and wardrobe- in the wardrobe is a microwave, sink and toaster. No double glazzing- or if it is its not good as could hear sirens all night Had to put a chair across the door as didn't feel safe in room Walls paper thin- could hear next room snoring and talking

The location was great for London, near the exhibition centre and metro station, Really handy having a fridge and kitchenette and own bathroom and good value for the area and facilities given. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean and the people were friendly at the 24 hour reception. Unfortunately as it was on a main road with no double glazing which meant no sleep until about 5 in the morning as there was constant traffic and very noisy (I'm generally not really a light sleeper and my friend also found they woke up every half hour or so due to the noise). If you can get a room at the rear of the building then the area is great. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing and only dribbled (eventually having to finish washing my hair in the sink as soapy as gave up trying to get the shower to work properly).

Close to Earls Court where I was working. Key card did not work, so had to go back across the busy road to get it renewed. Awful drain/sewer smell for duration of stay. Only 5 channels on TV, and remote would not work from bed.

Very noisy - traffic is non stop all day & night. No double glazing so was very difficult to sleep. Too much furniture in the room so could hardly move. The space between the wall & bed was so small we had to turn sideways to get passed. About what you expect for london though!!
