I liked the efficiency as I had booked on booking.com just 30 mins before arriving. Friendly staff, quiet, good location with parking and an impressive building. I probably got the last single room, so it was a little tired and had no shower. I am 6'4 so using the shower attachment on the bath was interesting. The tv also did not work so well, I think it was the satellite feed playing up but reception were very apologetic and it did not affect my visit as I shuld have been working anyway!

It was excellent, as usual. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Food is excellent. Dining room is lovely and the staff are fantastic. Rooms are beautiful and really clean. I never have been able to find any faults at any time and would recommend it to anyone.

Conveniently situated in a village close to my late mother-in-laws bungalow that we were clearing prior to sale of the property. We have been to Washingborough Hall on several occasions for day functions although this was the first time we had stayed there as Hotel guests. The setting is ideal and very quiet. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was warm, comfortable and well appointed. The Bar menu and bar prices were both good and to be recommended.

Everything! The setting was idyllic, the Hall itself stunning. I don't think I have come across more friendly and helpful staff before in the uk. Ness was particularly warm and welcoming and helpful. But the main excellence lay with the superb food both the evening I arrived and the following morning, breakfast is not to be missed.

Room up-graded automatically from single to double. Quick check-in and check-out. Good toiletries and home-made bscuits in room. Beautiful linen and drapes at windows. Breakfast - excellent. Top quality produce for Full English and wide selection of fruit juices, fruit, cereals and yoghurts with excellent service. Staff - very friendly. Nothing, it was perfect. I stay at this hotel regularly and would always recommend it.

Quiet and peaceful location in the countryside but very easy access to get into Lincoln On a room only rate I would not bother with buying the breakfast again. Very disappointing and poor value for money - £12.50 extra.

Uiterst behulpzaam personeel en een prachtige ambiance. Voortreffelijke keuken en zeer goede bediening. Kamers en bedden waren klein. Een PremierInn biedt meer kamer ruimte.

Located close to Lincoln, but with a village feel, close to countryside. The building is an old hall and enjoys listed status - with character to match, but provides modern facilities E.G. WiFi throughout Very pleasant staff made me feel welcome. At the booking.com price it represented good value. The single room was a bit small and there was a bath with showerhead whereas I prefer a proper shower, minor points.

Good attentive and happy staff The room was smaller than I expected. I could not open a window as the heating on my first night was extremely hot when I arrived. Unable to have a proper shower as the ceiling height was too low which was surprising

Easy to get to Lincoln (parking quite difficult). Only stayed two days but made very welcome by staff and locals.” Paul, Exmouth |
