no sound isolation at all. Vent in the room was making terrible noise. had to call at least twice for servicing. best solution found was turn it off completely. never was fixed. batroom stinks. breakfast not worth 20 quid. minibar empty, even after reminder. could not pay with credit card. had to leave a copy of my credit card. you get all of this and even a bit more for only 205 a night! |

Ideal location and nicely furnished room. For the price I felt the hotel was a little mean with the extras eg: only two tea bags, no shower gel, no hair conditioner. I requested in advance non feather bedding, as I have an allergy. When we checked in there were feather pillows on the bed and I had to request that these be changed. |

Location, location, location. Plus staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in a city like a London, this is very valuable. The towels were bad:-( |

First inpressions do not do this hotel justice all the staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome not what you expect in the city they where even willing to serve meals outsde the normal times, all done with smiles. Room service was also spot on. |

The location was excellent and perfectly placed in terms of transport availability for getting round London. 1] We asked housekeeping for an iron/iron board - we did not get it. 2] The face towel was removed from the bathroom after the first day - we stayed for 4 - and was never replaced. 3] The mini bar was never restocked.We consider this very poor service for the category of hotel it claims to be. |

excellently situated for West End, museums/ galleries and Hyde Park. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Room service food. Vastly overpriced and very poor quality. Pizza took nearly an hour and was cold, toasted sandwiches that had been toasted 20 minutes before delivery! |

Very good location, freshly refurbished rooms, clean... We did not have breakfast in the hotel, so I cannot comment on that, but there is a great breakfast place just across the street. We had to ask for fan and a shower cap, since there was none in the room, but they brought both very quickly |

The location and my room was a good size, well styled and very clean The TV channels were fuzzy and on the Saturday evening I was kept awake until 5am due to a car parked outside my 1st floor window with four men shouting and swearing - I reported it to the conceirge and he eventually moved them on after an hour or so, saying not a lot they could do due to being in the street and their were near by clubs? Would ask for room in different location next time.... |

I liked the especially the location of the hotel. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay It was a bit too hot in the hall ways of the hotel. Furthermore, when we asked for a humifier the staff could not help us. |

the location (close to Green Park), the price for a room over the week-end breakfast was disapointing, service just about correct, we were week-end shoppers, not week days business users, we could feel it in service provided. |

Good location in the center of Mayfair neighborhood. The room was large and very correct. The lobby of the hotel, mainly the furniture, is a little bit old fashioned and the breakfast room as well |

Great location and nice boutique style hotel. Staff very helpful Gym was a bit underequipped (also they only had one key!). Restaurant was over-priced for breakfast but there are lots of nice places within 200 yds. |

Hotel is close to main shopping area and tourist attractions but in a relatively quiet area. It is also close to the tube and Victoria station. The air conditioner of the neighbour building was right next to my room and the noise was a bit annoying. |

I presume all the rooms have ben refurbished if so that should ensure good occupancy rates. Refurbed room 209 was well appointed but very hot. The airconditioning worked but it was too noisy to leave on overnight, Consequenthly I woke up at 4.00 am steaming!! |

the hotel had a very good location and was very close to green park tube station. There are nice cafes in the neighbourhood. Although the room was clean and nice decorated,it was extremely small for a double room of this price. The room photos are quite deceiving. |
