The executive room was excellent value, staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast which was included in the price was very good and the restaurant, service and food, were superb! We'll find a reason to return one day.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and there is a nice restaurant attached. The hotel overlooks the canal and it is right in the centre of the town. There is a car park right beside the hotel which costs 60 pence per hour between 8am and 6pm, so not really £6 per day as is advertised which had originally put me off staying there. The town at Brighouse has a Tesco, Sainsburys and a number of small shops in the high street. There is a train station near the hotel which will take you into Huddersfield in 10 minutes. The countryside around Brighouse is beautiful and the town is very near the motorway. The hotel is excellent value and the Yorkshire breakfast is highly recommended. Very creaky floor boards which are really bad, it sounds as though other people are walking in your room.

The hotel was ideal for us,being near to family / friends and very close to local transport. A friend who also stayed, received a parking ticket. All guests should be informed of car parking charges when signing in at reception. The price of a pint of ale was excessive.

We stayed at the hotel as we were in the area for a family party. It served our needs and was very pleasant, we had a basic room which was quite small but overall good value for money. Would stay again if we are in the area. Good value for money

Modern facilities in old converted mill. Ideal town centre location half way between Manchester and Leeds. Nice restaurant although there is also a Wetherspoons across the road, and several reasonable take away foods nearby. Sainsburys supemarket close as well. Comfortable rooms with usual facilities and modern freeview Televisions. Only one small downside is that the rooms are a bit small but it is comfortable and staff very friendly. I would recommend. One slight downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but very well equipped

the price close to town clean looks out to dirty canal that if i owned the hotel i would get a old boy to net out all the rubbish after you stop looking at the rubbish you see a old dis used mortrary a old run down mill no roof, broken windoes the veiw is so sad, poor people of brighouse i now no how lucky i am livin in wisbech needs massive clen up. even that we would stay again if the price was right.

The hotel was relaxed and modern and in a good location as we were visiting family in Liversedge. We just stayed for one night but everything was clean and comfortable making our night pleasant and relaxing. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We booked a flash deal so it was excellent value for money.

The location was ideal for our stay, although someone should clear the rubbish out of the river, still didn't detect from the lovely setting The room was too hot! there was no heating on but the heat in the bedroom was nearly unbearable and this is in the winter.
