This country lodge is close to the famous Belfry Golf Club, Hams Hall Industrial Park and exit 9 off highway M42, for quick access to Birmingham and beyond. Water Park Lodge is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The reception area has an honesty bar and a free Wi-Fi connection. All rooms are clean, comfortable and have a double bed and a sophisticated feel. The owner was very friendly throughout our stay. There was a mix up when we arrived and had difficulty gaining access but this was because the owner had been called away on urgent family business and could not contact us to warn of her absence. The room was excellent and the breakfast very good.

The owner was very warmly & welcoming, just like the resort, I was only there for the one night, but would definately return to stay again. There is not much to complain about, only that the bathroom could have been a bit larger, mind you I am a big guy.

It was a basic but comfortable room,very warm and friendly,the propritor was a really nice friendly person,and spent quality time with her guests,she was the friendliest person I have spoken to, in the capacity of her job. The en-suite could do with a face lift

Everything was to my complete satisfaction. Most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time with a duvet to die for. Nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast instead of one that has been under a hot lamp for half an hour. Would certainly stay there again.

Met name de zeer enthousiaste eigenaresse van dit hotel. Geen moeite teveel, zij bracht ons zelfs naar een restaurant in de buurt.Wij komen jaarlijks naar Birmingham voor een beurs in de NEC. Wij zullen in het vervolg altijd daar reserveren. Super!

this hotel is very close to the junction with M42 and M6, very convenient for travelling for motoways. the staff is very lovely and friendly. breakfast is good. room is fairly clean, and facilities are good. the house is very close to the road, while double glaze works for sounds, it couldn't protect the vibrations. the room we stay is facing to the road, so taht we couldn't have deep sleep for the whole night.

Very easy to find and close proximity to motorway. Stayed in a single room that was poorly decorated with a shower that did not work and clearly had not worked for a while. Could not access the internet or find a member of staff for help.
