I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival, nothing was to much trouble, even on our last day , we were not rushed to leave, very friendly , would recommend this hotel , although it is not a 5 * hotel , but they make this up in friendliness . Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable .

The room was clean and bed really comfy.

On arrival we were given an additional £20 charge for our dog despite this charge not being stated at the time of booking. The hotel smelt of meat and stale Cigarettes. In our room the towels were dirty and the tv didnt work. Usual Blackpool decor standards of mismatched furniture and fittings.

We liked the staff a lot. The room was spacious and pleasant and the facilities were wonderful. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful as we had never been to the area before. The hotel was really great value for money and we would definitely visit again. The location was also perfect, write by the beach and close to a corner shop.

*Smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout the whole of the accommodation. *On booking.com it was down as a 4 star & it does have very good reviews, I would have said it was a 2 star at most.

Extremely friendly & knowledgeable owners, who went out of their way to assist us in having a nice visit. We were given a choice of rooms from the entire complex. Very comfortable & clean venue. A pleasure to stay here.
