Living area: With TV, DVD player and CD player. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Bedroom: With double bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Electric storage heaters and electricity, £95per week October - May £65per week (pro-rata for fewer days) June and September. Cot and Highchair. Apartments have parking reserved for 3 cars; additional parking opposite. No smoking. Please note: The property is adjacent to a waterfall and salmon stream.. Good base to explore Yorkshire Dales. Adjacent to this beautiful village’s salmon stream and tumbling waterfall (sketched by Turner), this top floor apartment forms part of a skilful conversion of the property built in the 17th century as a water-powered corn mill on the site of an even earlier Mill. Waters Edge Apartment is a quiet haven providing a comfortable rural retreat with a view down the village stream to Wensleydale. In 2018 the apartment was awarded a ’Zero Waste to Landfill’ certificate by Yorwaste Ltd. The owners are proud to be reducing its carbon footprint by using Green Electricity with electric radiators and a smart meter, all waste is now recycled meaning none is sent to landfill and you can even have milk delivered in glass bottles!
