Location. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Bedroom very dark. Needs brighter lighting.our view was of the fire escape not of quayside which was disappointing and dark.

staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast very good, in a lovely spot and a nice sunday market on your doorstep. within walking distance of very nice pubs, bars restaurants.
quite awkward to get round the area in a car if you don't know where you going as signposts are very poor.
It was conveniently situated, staff were pleasant and it was clean and tidy. It was competatively priced and I would stay there again.
It looked like it was in need of a new coat of paint and that it had been re furbished some time ago.

Tired, in need of decoration. Noisy from 6 am due to bar under hotel being refurbished.
The staff were excellent and the room for one night stay was more than adequate clean and spacious.
Right on the river handy to all the bars and restaurants. Very reasonably priced. The room was agood size although the carpets were a bit grubby
The morning shift receptionist was a bit abrupt when we tried to check in earlier. The afternon lady was much friendlier.
