Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was piping hot and plentiful. Problem with WiFi which was really beyond the control of the staff but they were willing to offer alternatives when we couldn't connect.

The Receptionist was outstanding. Very polite, friendly and helpful The noise. There was a gruop of young men staying at the hotel who were totally drunk who made noise throught the night and nobody from the hotel interviened. I personally confronted three of them in one of the stair lobbies in the early hours of the morning and they were quiet for a while but the noise started again. Hotel needs to decide what sort of clients it want to attract.

Very convenient location by the quayside and bars of Newcastle. Close to The Millennium bridge and the Baltic art gallery. Good full English breakfast Very helpful friendly staff Free parking Not much, but can be a bit noisy with drunken stag party and hen party folk coming in, in the early hours at the weekend. Not the hotel's fault. That's what Newcastle is about at the weekend.
