Fantastic location! Great views. Charming warm atmosphere. Extremely helpful staff. Great breakfast. Outdoor pool a bit cold! Definitely going back.
Windowless sunpipe room seemed very expensive. But staff moved us when they could.
Very relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant was a great place to eat with lovely views out to sea. The food was nicely cooked and presented.
Would have liked a fridge in the room.
what can we say; the room, the views, the food, the chance to really relax, the service were all first class.
A super hotel next to breath-taking coastline. Staff were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed excellent meals in the hotel's bistro whilst watching the sun set over the sea.
Surroundings, Location and views fantastic, so was breakfast.
We had the room with no wndows and just found it a little uncomfortable due to no fresh air, but apart from that, the room itself was lovely
Location superb, views marvellous, wonderful staff.
Bistro food not good...frozen chips, tinned mushrooms on breakfast. Could improve.
Wonderful views food very good staff very helpful
views, staff, comfortable room
Service very slow at lunchtime
Breakfast hours Dinner/Bistro alternative Big rooms with sea view Relaxed atmosphere
One member of reception/restaurant staff a bit officious
The hotel, the rooms, the location - absolutely fantastic. We wish we could have stayed longer.
The wifi - very poor reception in public areas and no reception in bedrooms.
Our bedroom was on the back and the air conditioning units outside the room were too noisy too sleep.
Rooms small or old looking decor .. Looked at three ... The best must have been taken
The rooms were spacious however the room we were in did not have any wifi signal. The views from the restuarant and bar is fantastic. The location of the hotel is great!
We requested a room with a sea view but we didn't get one so assumed the hotel was full. However when I had a massage, the room where this was being completed was a free room overlooking the sea!
The staff are amazing. The location is excellent. Food was wonderful. Bedroom comfortable. Would recommened it to everyone
This is our second stay at the hotel - came last year, had the same Sun pipe room, we were disappointed that it hadn't been up-dated. Some wall paper was peeling off and it just looked tired. This is not a cheap hotel and we were disappointed with the presentation of the room
Comfortable, views, location were fantastic. Food incredible
Rooms are overpriced for size, no air conditioning, phone signal and terrible, terrible wifi.
The excellent breakfast Location Outdoor pool
Stained bedroom carpet, broken biscuits, confusion over newspaper, faulty cistern handle reported but not repaired. Unchanged Bistro menu, poor Wifi reception. I do no feel that the standard was commensurate with the cost of £250 a night for bed and breakfast.
Location, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, pleasant rooms BUT....
..this hotel needs more diligence from its room cleaning staff, checking and reporting faults, however minor, plus a good staff handyman to fix things that do go wrong, but cause no problems if spotted and attended to asap. Otherwise, brilliant!
We had room 7 which had a fabulous views and great décor.
Cooked breakfast could have been better , Bacon not really cooked and poached eggs tasted of vinegar. other wise all other restaurants excellent.
Lack of service No wi fi in room Stained Linen Garden Tables not cleaned after clearing, so remnants of food left both on table, chairs and grass !
Great location, brilliant food and lovely pools.
no phone signal and poor wifi
Nice and good amazing view clean pool out side and inside people are nice and friendly . Thank you .
We would like to used more the pool inside but unfortunately after 7 pm you can't go there anymore , it will be nice go there husband and wife to relax after all day with baby , it will be very romantic . So if they can make the time until 10 pm like a 4 start hote it will be very very great . Thank you .
Very good hotel with an excellent aspect. Staff friendly and helpful.
Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired, and mobile signal intermittent at best.
Getting out of my room and going into the dining room for breakfast.....the most fantastic view, a little corner table and a great breakfast and pleasant staff.
I knew i would'nt have a room with a view....but it was the most dismal depressing hotel room i've ever stayed in,and to make matters worse i had a noise from the kitchen to contend with.
Dinner in the Restaurant priced at £42 for three courses. No prices for one or two courses
