You get what you pay for and this was convenient for the purpose of our visit to the Croxley Green area. The room was clean and well appointed with the cafe providing good quality food.
The cleanliness of the outside front area was poor with no attempt to clean up the area from the night before.
cleanliness, shower, bed, bar ambiance, restaurant.
I found all pillows too hard. I heard a fan going continuously all night plus an intermittent fan about every half hour and slept poorly. Reported on checkout, I was assured it would be investigated. I was assured my payment would be reimbursed.
Very Professional, helpful staff, clean and great facilities.
The reason for choosing this hotel was the fact that the location suited us with family living in the locality.
Missed a hairdryer and only one bath and hand towel for two persons!
Lives up to the premier inn advertising.
Breakfast staff seemed surprised to find customers
Nice, clean hotel. Check in was a breeze and our room was well sized with travel cot as requested.
The room was too warm, the window will only open slightly, had to have a fan on all night.
Very comfy rooms with comfy beds and lovely bed linen..excellent facilities..Friendly and very helpful staff..30 mins free wifi is a bargain too. Great value for money...
The entrance of the hotel is quite stuffy and the exterior is a bit s happy do..If that had to improve, the ratings will definately go up without a doubt..hotel needs a bit of a revamp and to be modernised like other newer premier inns, perhaps introduce check in kiosks to avoid the long queues. ..
Staff friendly and helpful as ever. Room clean and comfortable, ensuite clean.
Having to pay for Wifi!!
Staff was helpful The night's sleep was refunded promptly
1. Purchases got stuck in the vending machine, had to ask a receptionist for help. He shook the machine and the purchase fell down. 2. During breakfast, coffee machine got stuck with "No beans" message. Someone from staff had to shake the machine to get it to work. Both of the above show the facilities are old and need some maintenance. 3. There was a cigarette smell from carpets in the room, although everything else seemed nice and fresh. 4. A very noisy bike was riding around the car-park below the windows overnight, so both me and my wife had a very bad sleep. Asked for a refund of the night's pay, as their best night's sleep guarantee was invalidated.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Needs a bit of an update but adequate
Room was comfortable and staff very welcoming.
Everything was good.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was really nice and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
We stayed at Croxley Green because we were visiting Harry Potter World for our daughter's 13th birthday. It was a great location - only 15 minutes from Warner Studios. We found the staff at the hotel extremely helpful and friendly. We returned from Harry Potter quite late but were able to have a meal in the hotel restaurant. It was delicious and the staff provided a birthday desert with a candle for our daughter. Breakfast was fab - loads of choice and plenty of it.
The only issue we had was the temperature of our room. It was extremely warm. The hotel had provided a small fan but it didn't make much difference. Other than that everything else was great.
Central location, easy parking, free breakfast for children, good valued meals
Only half an hour of fee wifi when it actually cost the hotel nothing to provide to start with.
friendly staff , good breakfast
no air con in room , just about comfortable with fan on and window open
Good price, ok location for Harry potter and legoland . Nice brewers fayre onsite. Pleasant helpful staff.
N/a as we had no issues or anything and would go again.
Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean Well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds.
Friendly Staff Very Clean Nice atmosphere Value for money
Both reception staff and breakfast staff extremely courteous and helpful. Think we even saw the Manager at breakfast who asked us if we were enjoying our stay.
Not much to complain about really.
Mattress on bed and quilt heavy and flat
Bed a bit on the hard side for me
Good friendly service, excellent room for a family of fours
Noisy near business park
Reasonable price. Free car parking. Friendly helpful staff especially Jackie the waitress. Good breakfast. Clean and tidy.
Bit of a trek to tube stations. Both Croxley and Watford. Address for hotel says Croxley Green. Crowley Green is £10 taxi ride away. It does have a clue of good pubs though. Air con broke so rooms too hot.
The staff were very friendly, chatty and very welcoming
Needed new mattress and kettle lid was lose which came of in your hand
The staff were nice and the room was very clean
The lack of tea and coffee in the room
