Staff and location were great. Hiking the cost of the room because it was FA cup final weekend to £110 for 1 night was far to much !

Only a few minutes walk from Watford Junction station. Clean, comfortable, quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Check in staff seemed a little disinterested and not very friendly, seemed a little bit unsure about us paying for the room in cash.

Convenient for railway station. Parking on site (extra cost). They allowed us to check-in before 2 o`clock. The `power shower` didn`t work- nothing, no water to shower ! Offered room change for second night. Water to handbasin took an age to get hot. On check-out they didn`t tell us we needed a code number to exit the car park. We had to reverse away from barrier and return to reception. Surely they should give you the code when you enter the car details into their system for the car park.

Excellent restaurant staff and food. Breakfast excellent. Blackout blinds v good. Lack of outside noise penetration pretty good. Simple, modern, uncomplicated design. Checkout hopelessly slow at peak time. I live in the USA.... to pay for parking at a hotel is ridiculous. Internet is too expensive. I enjoyed the room, the simplicity, though it's not internally as quiet as I am used to.

Staf found booking later, breakfest charge was solved. Booking not available at check in, room not ready, hotel nearly empty and then got a room to the noisy street. Staff didn´t neither know the attraction of Watford nor have any ideas where tickets are available: Warner brothers studios with the making of Harry Potter.

Customer Service. On arrival family room only had a double bed - sure we had specified an extra bed but unable to find paper work to confirm. Hotel were excellent and provided us with an additional room with no extra cost. Then at the end of our stay, to compensate for our inconvenience we were not charged for the parking. This to us was excellent customer service and we would certainly stay here again. If your room is on the front of the hotel the road can be noisy

The staff were very good and it was close to the station The double room had only one cup. The carpets in the corridors upstairs were dirty and stained and generally lacked any atmosphere.

my newly wed husband in i stayed at this hotel on the eve of our wedding i was amaized at the size of my room it was huge with two full lenght windows and a super kingsize bed the bathroom was adequite for its perpose it was a perfect sleep to a perfect day there was a little muddle up with the payment, if you reserve by card pay by card

Thought that £10 per night per person for wi fi access is extortionate as most hotels offer this free !! Room was quite small, no extra pillows and thought that there should be free parking when staying at the hotel £7.50 per night once agin should be free !!

Close to the railway and bus stations and within easy walking distance to the shopping area. Enjoyed our weekend stay but not sure I would like a week as there is a lack of draw space in the bedroom.

1. The room could not be clened by the staff as daily. Most of the days we use the same towels, duvet covers. 2. Its so far so good the almarah can be used by the visitors. 3. Its better suggestion i think, in the door label you can add another lable as 'room ready to clean'.
