Easy parking. Proximity to rail station only then less than half an hour to Olympia. Room was good: excellent shower, fresh towels, comfortable bed. Very noisy nightclub nearby which only stopped at 2.30am.

Everything was fine The fact there was only one small lift in a hotel with 6 floors could be a real problem - as it happens it did not inconvenience me but I imagine it would at times when more than a couple of people want to use it

Good location - room was ok, small but comfortable The shower was appalling - no pressure, no hot water - not what was needed before a long day. The receptionist didn't seem to care when advised of the situation on check out.

The Gym. The TV set doesn't always function well. When there was a problem, the staff was not very reactive.

The recent refurbishement is a significant improvement and beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning units in bedrooms are difficult to operate, instructions are wrong and so staff often have to go to go to roooms to make them work! Significantnt black mould in showers in unacceptable, especially in a recently refurbihsed building

Location. Room price Outdated standard of presentation. Shower in the room was not strong enough. Prices in bar / restaurant were ridiculous. £8.20 for a glass of Shiraz is not acceptable. The Hotel need to realise that people are savvy.. They understand that they are being ripped off when the room rate is low, then car parking 6.50, internet 5.00, breakfast £12.50.... it all adds up. For me, its just sharp practice. I wont trust the Park Inn brand. I will stay at Jurys Inn again in the future. Overall better value.

Close to Watford Town Centre Lengthy time to check in even though there was no queue and the car park charge. But we would stay again.

Has a car park. Easy to find. Polite staff and good breakfast. Modern room decor and soft towels and toilet rolls. Room lighting a bit dull. Heating system is warm air. Car park lighting can go off before you have left carpark.

The towels are amazing. Rooms by the road get the traffic noise. Ask for rooms at the back. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars in Watford.

Close to Watford Junction train station and close to Watford town centre. Room heating was not working. No shaving kits available. The lift is very slow, especially if on the top floors. No smoking rooms throughout but very poor smoking area facilities (eg. No heating/lighting), and you have to walk round from the entrance to the back of the hotel - particularly bad during the cold, dark winter months.

Close to the office and Watford Junction train station. Close to the bars & restaurants in Watford city centre. The hotel bar closes at 11pm - even for residents. Have to pay for internet access - declined. No smoking rooms - very cold standing outside coming in to the Winter months

Very little. It has a secure car park. I don't know where to start this hotel is strange it has a weird atmosphere, staff speak broken english and are hard to understand. The facilities are basic, the bar food is average but overpriced, the breakfast was fair, the room is dingy, the plumbing is awful (do not stay on floor 6) shower was not working and the sink does not hold the water as the plug seal is faulty. Waited for 30 minutes to get a call from reception to arrange a replacement room for a shower. There was no water at all the day before in another room on floor 6. a refund of £21.00 was given by reception for the lack of the shower. This hotel is 2nd rate and not value for money, and does not compare to previous stays at other Park Inn hotels.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable and clean, On site parking but close to a railway station with direct access to London Euston and therefore the city centre. Ideal for a city break whilst acknowledging it is not in the city centre No free WiFi which even McDonalds can manage
