It's location is very central, you can practically walk to 3-5 train tube stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing is it might do better with newer furnitures. Otherwise I've no complaints and could not wish for a better hotel for this price. |

The location was very handy for euston station and the small/medium size was exactly what we were looking for. Just a pitty they were having problems with the hot water system but the staff were very apologetic and did give us a ten percent discount. |

The reception staff were excellent, very efficient and polite. The breakfast was very good value It was difficult to get the room cool and therefore sleep was disturbed as I had to keep the window open which was a noisey option |

Very pleasant, friendly staff. Clean hotel. Good, quiet location in a nice area. Good breakfast. Check out times were also very accomodating. We booked two rooms. One was very comfortable, the other, which faced inward was very airless and dark and really quite poor. |

The staff were very helpful, professional, but friendly. Despite the cold weather the hotel was cosy. Thought the decor in rooms 409/10 was dull, furniture chipped, wallpaper dirty. Not value for money |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fine, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It is a little tired, and could do with redecoration and refitting but if you are prepared to overlook these points it is as good a hotel as many others. I would happily stay here again and would recommend to any friends or colleagues. |

The reception staff were very welcoming, the place has an air of class, it was nice and warm and everything was provided in my room for my needs, and plenty of choice for breakfast. Ihope to make a return visit. |

Very convenient access to Underground ...on direct line from Heathrow. Ideal location for sightseeing and easy access via tube to shopping and entertainment. Good value for money. Shower temperature control was tricky.... |
