Ηταν στο κεντρο, ειχε καλο πρωινο Ζητησα 2 φορες να αλλαχτουν 2 καμμενες λαμπες και μεχρι να φυγω δεν ειχε γινει. Ολα τα αλλα ηταν εξαιρετικα. |

Ηταν στο κέντρο της πόλης και έιχε καλές υπηρεσίες ανάλογα με τα χρήματα που πληρώνεις Την τηλεόραση διότι δεν έπιανε αρκετούς τηλεοπτικούς σταθμούς , δεν είχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο και έπρεπε η ντουζιέρα (το τηλέφωνο)να μη έιναι σταθερό |

Εύκολη πρόσβαση στα τουριστικά ενδιαφέροντα του Λονδίνου. Χρήζει ανακαίνισης. Τα κρεβάτια δεν πρέπει να δυσχεραίνουν την είσοδο στο δωμάτιο. Πολύ μικροί χώροι. |

I was thrilled that when I checked in very late in the evening that they had the exact room I had asked for on my booking and Kevin, one of the concierges, even remembered me from my previous stay last April. Staying at the Waverley House is like coming home to an old friend. And I was particularly thrilled to get a single room with a lovely double bed. And I must add that this hotel is one of the most affordable in central London with air-conditioning which I actually use even in the colder months because I love cold rooms and they also can get a bit stuffy. There was also a lovely basket of goodies and a welcoming note from the manager when I first went to my room which was really wonderful. |

Effort has been made to ensure guests are comfortable. Fruit bowl in room and reasonable value. Dirty glass windows in lift - there are bad |

Hotel very convenient for Euston Station, shopping, theatres and tourist sites, which are all within walking distance. Stains on glass-sided lift were rather offputting but were explained by posted information sheet as being due to health and safety issue |

Pleasant welcoming staff. Able to leave luggage prior to booking in. Breakfast very nice and plenty of choice. The hotel room was very tired and old fashioned. However, the room was clean. |

The hotel is good for a 3 star and the location is good. We have stayed at the Waverley before and the rooms have always been far better than the one we had on this trip. The bed was uncomfortable and made lots of noise even when you turned over. |

Breakfast menu included two types of cheese which is great for those who are not used to English breakfast. Also, location is very central with easy acces to tubes. Finally, I am happy with the size of family room. Shower in the room needs serious refurbishing. Also, TV could be more modern with a few more channels. Finally, the elevator is not very good but they are planning to change it so it is not a big minus. |

Location. The staff. There is a brasserie downstairs and a restaurant for having lunch at a good price. Breakfast, if you do not like English breakfast, there is no much more to eat but croissant. |

Good value for the location. Also, when I was not happy with the first room I was given (the window looked out to what seemed to be the inside of a chicken shed!) I was moved to a much better room without quibble. Soom rooms are better than others and, if you don't like complaining, you could be stuck somewhere with no natural light. |

It was good value as the breakfast was included in the price. There was plenty of choice - continental or full English breakfast. It was very convenient for the underground - Holborn or Russell Square. |

The location was excellent for London theatre and close to two tube stops The furniture in the twin room was toolafge It was almost impossible to maneuver around the TV caabinet to get across the room from the bathroom to the closet At one point my traveling companion restorte to stepping across the beds because I was trying to get to the same side of the room at the same time |
