Value for money. Ok for 1 night but not great. Tv in room did not work. Decor was tired and in need of refurbishment. |

The male concierge was so nice and kind. He made several trips to my room to help w/ the outlet adaptor. . The hallway to the rooms were very narrow, making it hard to maneuver suitcases. Overall, it was very basic for the money. We moved to a more comfortable hotel for less the $. Check out Park Inn in the same neighborhood. . |

Location is quite good, though not quite central but it is quiet and the location is close to tourist sights (British Museum) and eating spots. The serving crew at breakfast was friendly and the food was hearty. The room is a tad small for double/twin rooms. |

The bright reasonably priced Bistro/restruant within the Hotel, a really good atmosphere with good food. Goats cheese started was particularly nice. Breakfast service was a bit frenetic and the staff did not give guidance on the self service buffet. |

Warm welcome, excellent braekfast, clean comfortable room, practical bathroom, good bed. Breakfast table was a bit sticky, and I personally don't like television at breakfast time |

It could be the only thing that I liked during my stay at this hotel is its location in the heart of London near to many facilities: British Mesum, subway station, Oxford street and so on. Except the location of the hotel in the herat of London, this hotel has nothing TO DO with 3 STARS! even the room space was quite good, the bathroom could be anything EXCEPT that of 3 STARS hotel! I was used to stay in different hotels rank, it was the worest hotel that I have never seen elsewhere. There is no Internet connection in the hotel! You should pay to get few minutes connection. Compared to hotels in Japan with the same rank, Absolutely, there is no any comparison that could be done! The people working in the reception were not so polite and helpful! When I compalined about the quality of services there, one of the staff of the reception has told me "YOUR OPINION DOESN'T MATTER FOR US". I think that's enough for this pseudo hotel! |

The breakfast was good and well cooked. The venue was central. I think a 4'6'' bed is quite unacceptable. This was sold as a triple room - we were 3 sisters and I think a king or superking size bed is essential. The noise of the street was terrible. We opened the windows on arrival and we could not get them shut again. Consequently the air conditioning was useless overnight. The first night the TV would not work and the windows would not close properly, and it was quite miserable. |

The breakfast was very good. There were a couple of nice local pubs in the area. It had a nice central location to sites and easy access to the Underground and busses. We had a nice stay! The shower head could be upgraded. If you stay in a room overlooking the street side, ensure that you get one of the top floors (6th or 7th) as the street traffic is very busy. |

Breakfast on the streetside terrace was great. Location is handy to many sites. I chose this hotel because it advertised that it accepts the one card I want to use, Diners. When I arrived the machine would'nt take Diners. Its irritating when you don't know how you are going to pay. Twin room was tiny and minimal wiith no view. For 139 pounds, even in mid London, I expect better. |
