It was good value as the breakfast was included in the price. There was plenty of choice - continental or full English breakfast. It was very convenient for the underground - Holborn or Russell Square. |

The location was excellent for London theatre and close to two tube stops The furniture in the twin room was toolafge It was almost impossible to maneuver around the TV caabinet to get across the room from the bathroom to the closet At one point my traveling companion restorte to stepping across the beds because I was trying to get to the same side of the room at the same time |

We enjoyed a very warm welcome from the staff. The location was very pleasant in addition to being ideal for central London. A little chaotic at breakfast because the hotel also serves members of the public. |

Location We had a room at the front of the hotel on 1st floor. These rooms need better soundproofing from traffic noise. |

i thought the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good offering lots of variety and well cooked. It was very nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The only criticism I would make was that there was no designated smoking areas in the hotel, apart from standing out the front in the rain.Smokers pay the same rate as other guests and this would have been nice. |

Closeness to many places in London, I liked the bthroom, and the breakfast was good too. Good for business trips Room quite small, The TV is right at the entrance which causes the danger of knocking it down, No lamp on or near the desk. |

Location is great. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very efficient and friendly. It was very good value for money. The size of the rooms varies quite considerably, I stayed twice and the first room was good, I thought, but the second room was much bigger and on checking out I noticed another room even bigger, all were singles. |

Great location. Staff lovely. Good breakfast.Good bus and train connections. Hotel prob could do with a refurb partic the en suite bathroom. We had a problem with regulating temp of shower water (too hot). Not resolved during our stay. Unable to move room as hotel very popular and fully booked. We were given reduction in cost to compensate. |

I stay at this hotel regularly, visiting for medical appointments nearby. I t's always been convenient and friendly, but I got the impression this time it might be under new management, or at least raising its game significantly. Staff seemed more on the ball, a welcome pack in the room, just a freshening-up of what had seemed a bit tired... It's still too hot - even with the window wide open, sleep was difficult! |

The staff was very friendly from the beginning, which was great since I was traveling alone. Breakfast was delicious, the location is excellent -great neighborhood, two tube stations nearby, 3 mins from British Museum, tesco, cafes and restaurants right there also. Plus good value for money. And the room was very clean, enough space for one person, the street noise didn't bother me, and I had the facilities to make tea and coffee in the room. More stations for the tv would be nice, there are only 14 possibilities. |

The room was nice and clean, every morning. The room seemed small at first, because it looks like the two beds take up most of the space. But after a while you don't notice Furthermore, the breakfast option at least gives you a good start for the day. In the morning the place where you go for breakfast might have guests from the streets as well. Which makes it very crowded and sometimes the waiters loose track of the seating arrangements. |

Location was excellent, Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all the hotel was an enjoyable stay and the breakfast was excellent. The fruit and water in the room was a nice touch! The room size was slightly small but cosey. I understand all London hotel rooms are rather small. |
