doskonale wysprzatany pokoj, caly personel bardzo sympatyczny, pomocny, po prostu doskonaly! jakos hotelu w stosunku do ceny absolutnie bezkonkurencyjna! (bylam juz w wiel hotelach 3-gw. w Londynie, ten absolutnie bije wszystkie) 1 okno lekko uszkodzone |

Pierwszy zaproponowany pokoj byl w wiezycce i mial jedynie okna pod sufitem. Uczucie klaustrofobiczne. Nie oczekiwalam podobnego pokoju w ofercie. Zostal zamieniony po interwencji na inny. Uwazac wiec trzeba na pokoje na VIIp. (poddasze)..Drzwi do lazienki zatrzasnely sie, na szczescie przy wyjezdzie. |

Great location. Staff lovely. Good breakfast.Good bus and train connections. Hotel prob could do with a refurb partic the en suite bathroom. We had a problem with regulating temp of shower water (too hot). Not resolved during our stay. Unable to move room as hotel very popular and fully booked. We were given reduction in cost to compensate. |

Service was excellent. Staff were very nice. By New Zealand standards, it i expensive, but I ubelieve it is reasonably priced for London. |

Helpful staff, clean room, excellent cooked breakfast, good location, free papers, tea, coffe, biscuits and water in room ....all much appreciated. Shabby bathroom, noisy air conditioning, tv remote didn't work. |

I stay at this hotel regularly, visiting for medical appointments nearby. I t's always been convenient and friendly, but I got the impression this time it might be under new management, or at least raising its game significantly. Staff seemed more on the ball, a welcome pack in the room, just a freshening-up of what had seemed a bit tired... It's still too hot - even with the window wide open, sleep was difficult! |

The staff was very friendly from the beginning, which was great since I was traveling alone. Breakfast was delicious, the location is excellent -great neighborhood, two tube stations nearby, 3 mins from British Museum, tesco, cafes and restaurants right there also. Plus good value for money. And the room was very clean, enough space for one person, the street noise didn't bother me, and I had the facilities to make tea and coffee in the room. More stations for the tv would be nice, there are only 14 possibilities. |

Location just around the corner and a few blocks down and your at Oxford St. Nicely located between 2 underground stations Russell Sq and Holborn Carpet in the room was coming away from the walls, but I could be getting petty here! |

The room was nice and clean, every morning. The room seemed small at first, because it looks like the two beds take up most of the space. But after a while you don't notice Furthermore, the breakfast option at least gives you a good start for the day. In the morning the place where you go for breakfast might have guests from the streets as well. Which makes it very crowded and sometimes the waiters loose track of the seating arrangements. |

Location was excellent, Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all the hotel was an enjoyable stay and the breakfast was excellent. The fruit and water in the room was a nice touch! The room size was slightly small but cosey. I understand all London hotel rooms are rather small. |

first impression was of the extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the staff .room very clean and bed comfortable.breakfast very tasty. only criticism was that the traffic noise penetrated through the closed window. |

the room was very comfortable, and the buffet style breakfast was excellent, with very helpful staff. the t.v. reception could be improved, and our room did have a musty, damp sort of smell. |

excellent breakfast & service. staff welcoming, facilities in room excellent. very clean. no base cover on bed gave a bad 1st impression. no warning that building works at back were going on. but not in much so not a problem. |

It was quiet and very convenient to the underground also the breakfast was very good and staff very friendly It needs to have some upgrading done very old fashioned carpet in hallway a litle dangeroud I.e is gathering and could trip up someone also room for single with ensuite very tight fit if a little on the big side |

The central location allowed easy access around the city without having to rely on the underground and was surrounded by all necessary types of shops/restaurants etc. The bed was not overly comfortable (mattress too hard). |

Food was excellent, courteous staff Decor was a bit yesterday..perhaps a lighter colour in the rooms. Shower was a bit odd in 418, has to fill the bath via the shower. |

I thought the price of £69 was very reasonable. Good access to places I needed to go. Very friendly staff. Shower went hot and cold very quickly without warning! |

Staff very friendly and helpful and the room, though small was well equipped and very clean. The water in the shower was impossible to get to the right temperature. The water was extremely hot and it took a long time to work out how to control the water temperature, wasting a lot of hot water in the process. |
