неудобные раковина в ванной комнате, отсутствие крана в самой ванной и душевая лейка не съемная, нет в номерах адаптора, сам номер очень маленький.

The location is great and the rooms were impeccably clean, especially the bathroom. Two free bottles of water were provided each day, along with nice mix of coffee/cocoa/cookies.

I had booked two rooms for four people in total. When I arrived, two of my friends had already checked in. The man at the front desk said that there was no room for me because booking.com made a mistake. I had all of my paperwork from booking.com so I know all was done correctly. He spent more time trying to explain how he knew booking.com was the wrong party instead of helping us resolve the situation. Finally, he got to the real point at hand-my room, and he had found a room for me although made a point that somebody checkin in on Saturday night would have no room. My friends' room was definitely a handicapped-accessible room due to low height/small size of sink and the weird shower that was basically the entire floor of bathroom. However, the man at the desk kept insisting their room was just like all other rooms. Additionally, our room had no window and the wall air conditioning unit was not functioning properly.

Have just stayed here with a friend and wanted to say how friendly all the staff were and how nice the room was! I have high standards (4- 5starplus!) and this hotel definitely lived up to them in fact it was so clean, modern and comfortable! Really lovely room! Only downside it has temporary scaffolding at the moment but we didnt come to london for the view! Just a lovely hotel in a fab location at a fab price! Really near both russell square and holborn tubes and only approx 15mins walk to leceister square.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Location value and simplicity

The location is close to everything ,there's a bus station infront of the hotel .Even the underground station is close .The staff were friendly .

The automatic door was out of work for about 6 or 7 days .The smell wasn't pleasant .The bag porter was unfriendly.

Telephone did not work. I had to go downstairs to tell the staff about this.

Perfect location for our London office and I've stayed before.

Cleanliness, Location

During the weekend the fire alarm rang 3 times in the middles of the night because an annoying customer was smoking in the room. The detection of the room was really slow. Although everything else was ok this insident totally ruined our weekend.
