Conveniently situated opposite Colliers Wood Tube Station, this newly refurbished Holiday Inn Express London-Wimbledon-South is the ideal base to explore Central London, just 30 minutes' travel from...
Score from 499 reviews Good
This family-run hotel is in the centre of Wimbledon, 300 metres from Wimbledon Rail and Tube Station. It provides free Wi-Fi, free parking and a treatment room offering discounted massages for guests....
Score from 368 reviews Very good
Situated in a quiet area next to St Georges Hospital, Pelican London Hotel and Residence features an adjoining Thai and Western grill restaurant and bar.
Score from 233 reviews Very good
This Premier Inn is 3 miles from the All England Lawn Tennis Club, home of the Wimbledon Championships. Modern rooms each have a TV, and are 10 minutes’ walk from Colliers Wood Tube Station.
Score from 337 reviews Very good
A very quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was available and only a 10 minute walk to tube station.
No bottled water was provided in the room and the restaurant had run out of Tia Maria.
Location handy for trains and tube; bus stop at door, but close enough to walk into Wimbledon town centre. Friendly but unintrusive staff left us completely to our own devices (no pressure).
Relatively new room, clean but quality of the fittings should be better for this price which didn't even include breakfast.
Lift right next to room, not good value for money
Recent refurbishment giving a fresh, very clean and modern feel. Friendly welcome.
The Staff very helpful and Nice. Good space in executive room good king size comfy bed and free Wifi. The room was back looking over Nice big terrace. Nice and queit. Wimbledon area Great location on Broadway. 15 mins by train to central London.
Nothing to complain about
Very helpful staff who looked after us and attended to our needs
Noisey neighbours who started to a party with loud music at 1.30 am 2 hours after we had gone to sleep !!!
staff charming and welcoming
Bed not very comfortable. Linen and towels a bit tired. Bathroom cold no toiletries or facecloths a bit basic even in the more expensive room.
the location was excellent
nothin, all was good
every thing was clean and breakfast was very filling, with load,s of selection
We loved the basic room - small room for two but we loved that it was cosy and warm on such a cold weekend.
We didn't like being woke up by cleaners talking loud and vacuuming at before 9am when Check-out was at 11am.
The locked car park was very useful and easily accessible. Food in the restaurant was of high quality and service quick and welcoming. Our room was quiet despite the convenient, main-road location.
The hotel is conveniently situated between Wimbledon Station and South Wimbledon Underground so has good access to many central London areas. Wimbledon itself has good shops and many excellent restaurants. The hotel is of a good overall standard and is cheaper than similar accommodation in central London. The staff are multilingual and knowledgeable about transport and amenities in the area. This was our third stay at this hotel and we will doubtless return in the future.
There is nothing to dislike but I would suggest that coat hooks are erected in the bedrooms so that there is somewhere to hang wet outdoor coats when you return from a day out in adverse weather. Other than that, it's perfect for a London visit.
Convenient for me visiting son in Wimbledon
Wifi wouldn't connect
Free parking Free WiFi Location to restaurants, shops and tube station Standard of room fittings and decoration
Room size is a bit small but for the price you can't really complain
Staff were very helpful
Breakfast was awful
staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel clean and comfortable.
room small, bed not very comfortable....Particularly didn't like the fact that the room had an opening window onto a balcony just an ordinary window ...this made me feel quite insecure as first floor could easily have been accesses by an intruder
Location, comfort, staff, quality, price, frendlyness
I love this hotel We stayed there 4 times and got married at the antoinette hotel Kingston wich is not a great facility like the Wimbldon but still wonderful staff and service
Friendliness of the staff
Room was far too warm!
Staff friendlyness Cleanliness. The lady serving breakfast very polite helpful.
too much noise. GUESTS WHO LOST THE WAY IN HOTEL COMING IN AT 3 30AM NOISY . More consideration should be given. Food was good but a bit costly especially when you can go to a local cafe or thec weatherspoons and get equal good value for a big cooked breakfast for £5. Security was poor any one could walk in.
Very clean. Some decor needs updating. £9 all you can eat breakfast really good. Eggs done to order not sitting on buffet drying out but sadly bacon was dried out under heaters. Would stay again but only at rear of hotel
Staying in front bedroom was kept awake all night by buses pulling up at bus stop outside hotel. Down fall has a night club next door. Constant noise of rowdy reverse coming out of club from 3-5am. Would stay in room at rear but would expect club to have outside smoking area at rear also for customers.
The welcome on arrival, the room and the location close to the train station.
The noise from other rooms particularly above at various stages through the night and particularly for a long period around 5.30am
Good location and car park facility
Can be noisy if in a room at front of hotel
Absolutely brilliant shower
Room was a bit small
