Service and food excellent
The cleanliness, and food excellent. The bedroom was tired and needed a new bed. In the circumstances, the staff are excellent and very friendly.
The restaurant area was great- modern and stylish and very relaxing, it was a shame that the bedrooms didn't match this standard- could have done with a facelift!
The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was good if you have access to a car to get about to the sights as the actual hotel is quite isolated. The food was great- well worth waking up in time for breakfast!!
Waited a little to long for main meal
View from the room overlooking river
Been woken up through the night with banging above and getting s shock of my life when I turned the light on and it went bang and there was a burning smell apart from that it was nice
It was very friendly and clean hotel and food was nice

The staff were lovely and the food was very good, one of the best cooked breakfasts we've had at a hotel
had to fill the bath via the shower -sorry forgot to mention this at booking out.

Staff, breakfast, decor
I had asked for a quiet room as we had a long trip. Noise: was a significant problem. Hotel is immediately adjacent to a very busy road - if you don't get woken up by the HGVs and other traffic hurtling past from 05:30, you will be woken up by other guests stamping about on the floor above. There seems to be little in the way of soundproofing internally or externally. Cleanliness: not the best, sink plughole surround was grubby and there was mould in the corner of the bath tiling. Room size: room was so small ('classic double') that you could either use the chair or the suitcase stand, but not both at teh same time.
Staff were pleasant, parking was easy, the included breakfast was very good. Evening meal was also OK.
Peeling paint in the bathroom and mould in the shower cubicle - it doesn't take much to keep things up to spec.
Staff were welcoming, service was good and breakfast was exceptional.
The staff especially Maria where excellent. Lovely helpful girl. Everything was worth the money. Breakfast was yummy. Quite a nice position overlooking the river.
Giving that the Hotel is in administration, the staff are trying their very best to accommodate the guests considering there is not a manager there all the time , and leaving them to sort out any problems there may be. Food was very good but a limited choice in Restaurant, breakfast was excellent. Our room was good but bathroom needed a good clean. .especially shower head (which we cleaned our self ) but considering they are short staffed the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope they find a new owner soon.
the Wi-Fi only worked in one corner of bar
Food was great, staff friendly
