Wayford Bridge Inn Hotel  

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size room and spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed and the room was very clean. Excellent parking and all in all a very nice, friendly and comfortable hotel. On a positive note, I had a problem with the hot water but this was rectified immediately by way of a reduction on my bill. I found this generous and dealt with in a friendly manner.

My only slight criticism would be the size of the TV's. For the size of the room a bigger TV would have been better but this did not deter the enjoyment of my stay.

Bed only a standard double,a little cramped.

The peaceful location and the nearness of the Broads.

Nice location, several reception rooms for guests to sit, varied menu for all meal times, close to boating activities, friendly and helpful staff, nicely decorated rooms and coordinated accessories, relaxing atmosphere, information brochures on local tourist places.

Internet signal in rooms poor but better downstairs. Waitresses, although helpful and attentive, tended to clear table between courses a little too fast thus you felt rushed to order next course before you were ready.

The staff were fantastic. Every little request was carried out with the minimum of fuss. The food was spot on, especially the breakfast. I would certainly recommend the Wayford Bridge Inn Hotel.

Comfortable enough rooms, good bath/shower. Nice atmosphere in restaurant and bar. Good breakfast and food on evening menu. Pool table. Lovely garden and outside seating. Good car parking. Relaxing atmosphere. Good location to both sea and city.

Slightly run-down decor and fittings. Bed a little too hard. Breakfast finished too early at 9.30. Not much choice for vegetarians on the menu.

The staff were exceptional. We had a wonderful welcome, and throughout our stay the service was faultless. The facilities for the dogs was also wonderful, sausages for breakfast, gave my faith back for the English !!!

The room was a little small and the shower did not look that clean

Set by the broads. Quiet location with nice views. You can hire a boat on the broads just over the road. Bar area very nice with a lounge area with leather sofas and the bar area is also nice. Farming implements on the walls, which gives a nice feel to the bar. We did not eat there but the food looked very good. Room was a good size with a nice shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Comfortable. Very good value for money. Plenty of parking. Especially breakfast waitress who understood my medical needs as regards food. Very impressed.

A label on the switch for the towel rail would have been helpful. lights didn't work in corridor outside our room, making it difficult to see key hole. Turns out they had run out of bulbs and it was bank holiday. Corrected by second night. Suggest a larger stock of bulbs would have avoided problem. Minor points!

The staff were very polite, Hotel spotless clean and warm with open fire in the bar,good food with a lovely english breakfast. The hotel stands alongside the river with a boat yard across the road.

Noise from people walking about in the room above, but that will not put us off going back.

This is the 2nd visit to the Wayford in six months & we love it for a short break. We also love the hotel for been so dog friendly. The staff are so nice & the hotel is spotless & ideally situated for the broads.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Even our dog was welcomed. We shall definitely return.

The rooms were clean tidy and warm, the staff are friendly and helpful the breakfast is to die for. This is an ideal working base for the lifeboat staff working at Catfield. The breakfast sets you up for the working day which means that if you miss breaks diring the day its not realy a hardship. Thanks again for your help.

We have stayed at Wayford Bridge inn several times in the past few years, and for some reason have always had the same room, No11. It has never changed and needs refurbishing .e.g. tired and worn carpet, large crack in bottom of washbasin, black and mouldy lines around poor sealant on shower and washbasin plus a few other updates.

Clean and tidy. Good food.
